BB Daily from whom we are procuring milk for everday consumption, they were charging Rupees 2 towards the same. Suddenly without any prior information the delivery charges have been doubled to Ruppes 4 from May 22nd. As it was never informed to us by SMS or Phone call we called BB Daily customer service - the customer service agent was very impolite and kept repeating the information was posted in the app one week beforev the hike in charges and each and every customer was informed of the hike, this is found to be totally false as we have neither receieved any SMS or phone call about these changes. It is totally unfair on the part of BB Daily to hide this information, our prepaid balance maintained in BB Daily has been used for thsese unauthorised payments from my prepaid balance.Payment deuctions which were done on a daily basis was changed to alternate days there by making us infer that delivery charges were deducted for two deliveries but actually BB Daily increased the delivery charges from Rupees 2 to Rupees 4 without informing and cheated the customer. I want BB Daily to be pulled up for this and compensated for the incorrect deductions
