Though I have not availed subscription to receive milk daily, it’s been enabled without my knowledge. I have asked delivery boy not to deliver and he didn’t deliver the milk.. Still they deducted amount from my wallet. Now they are not doing refund. They are saying within 48 hours of product delivery they do a refund. But I was not even aware that product is delivered.
