Bbdaily — BBDaily money deducted, product not delivered and refusal to return money citing company policy

I ordered and paid for 4 packets of 500 ml Amul Gold on 30th January 2021 on bbdaily app. 3 packets were delivered on 31st Janaury morning and the delivery boy told me that the 4th packet is leaking, so he will deliver it the next day. On 1st February 2021, he didnt deliver the 4th packet, and when I asked him he said that he doesnt have the product and he will deliver on 2nd February 2021. I told him to return the money as I didnt want the 4th packet anymore. He said he will speak to his office but was not sure about refunding.
I chatted and called up the BB Daily contact number on 2nd February 2021. An extremely inspid voice at the customer care told me that as per policy they dont entertain complaints after 48 hrs! I told her that I can understand that for rotten products, but what about things that have not been delivered but already paid for. No answer to that. Company policy bullsit again! Then she told me that she could have done something had I called the day before, ie. 1st Febrauary!! The only thing she told was of no consequence - she was apologetic about the entire episode and would ensure that such a thing does not happen again!! How does that help me??? No response, only she was apologetic about the episode again!

My questions to BBDaily:
1. If its 48 hr policy for resolution, then why cant a problem of 31st January be reolved on 2nd February? Why does it need to be told by 1st February? Is the policy for 48 hrs or 24 hours? Or is there any policy at all? Policy of convenience…???
2. If lesser units of goods are given but money credited for full amount of order, why should there be no refund? Don’t you have a order inventory management system at your end?
3. What is the point of having a Customer Care or Chat Bot that only apologizes and promises action from “next time onwards”? Will that “next time” come after such customer experience?
Looks like a broad daylight robbery scheme at BBDaily in the name of 48hr resolution!
Extremely peeved with the attitidue of this online delivery company.
