Every month almost 6-7 times the internet goes off for hours and we never know the issue.

I have been a BBNL customer for 2 years nearly and I am using it since I have no other alternative. Below is my review.
Every month, and I mean each and every month, there are atleast 5 internet outages. These happen with no prior intimation to the customer. Especially occurs on week days. These outages last for 3–4 hours usually. And the customer care team is very clever in handling these situations. They initially respond to your issue by asking for details such as images of the modem and router, once we provide them over WhatsApp, the BBNL team goes off the grid and doesn't respond anymore. After a few hours pass by, we get a response just saying “Check now” or “Check now Sir”. And the internet resumes with a slower speed.
Every month since I've had BBNL connection, there are atleast 5 days that I lose connection intermittently with no explanation on why this issue happens. When I have mentioned this issue over phone to the team, their responses are such that they have no interest whatsoever in what the customer is saying. They usually respond sayjng “okay, thank you for your feedback” or just “ok” in some cases.
I dont have not had issues with payments, etc. However if I am paying 1100 every month for like 30 days and losing 4–5 days every month, should I not be getting reimbursed for this cheating by BBNL.
These are very very low subpar standards and setting a very low expectation and standard for all Services provided by BBNL.
I am typing this message using my mobile internet since my WiFi Internet provided by BBNL has stopped working 30 mins back and the team responded saying “ Is there any Red light coming ? “ when i reached contacted them. I have reverted with image of the modem and router and indeed the red light is appearing on the modem. I have no choice and continue using BBNL Broadband even with such subpar service.
