Bbnl — connection providers doesn't pay any heed to customers

So its been like 1 month already since i have been getting this issues with this useless stupid providers. The particular guy chandrashekhar from singasandra area is just a # guy with no sense of talking. I have been requesting him that the wifi is not working since the past 1 month but he doesn't really care.. He will just do some port changes in his side and that's it. When i was really frustrated of turning on and off the router in every 10 mins i gave a call to the customer care. The customer care guy took the wifi guy into the call and we all got into a conference. The wifi guy was this stupid enough to tell me in the call that it's of no use calling to the customer care service as he works individually. Does this makes any sense at all.

If you go to his office you won't find anyone and when you call he will tell you should call him in his working hours. At what time should i call him. I also work in it i reach home by 6 pm and if i call thats not working hours for him. Whereas the website shows its from 10 am to 9 pm.

He will say he has his own work. If he has his own work then why the hell is his working as a lunatic in bbnl providing service to customers.

Also the customer care guy rather than helping me out with the issues he started talking to him in kannada. I knew kannada a little bit to understand that the wifi guy was telling him that he will disconnect my connection.

Such kind of service.

Does bbnl really need further explanations of them closing up their company.

Worst experience ever.
