Be U Salon — Colour, misbehave by manager hemant

I took a nearby deal for global hair colour, then i called in ur sec 47 branch some guy hement is there i took an appointment for 28.
Then i reached there and those a colour shade he told me that for that shade u have to pay 1000 extra. I choosed 8.34 colour i asked him why should i get extra paid for that he said its not from basic colour so u hve to but there in deal nothing is mention like that but anyhow he said he negotiate charged 500 extra and tax extra i said ok. I was in hurry i am already late bcz i hve to leave for a party. They did colour and that was not matched to that colour i hve choosed n they leave my grey hair as well. When i was leaving they said mam u can come befor wash anytime we will do a ur colour in better shape some guy sohel and manager hement were there.
Next day when i looked my hairs not coured peoperly so i called them they said ok. Then hement again called me that maam we will give u only touchup for the whole it will be again chargeable. I said in mind wat a fish like they didnt match my colour wat choosed for their fault i have to pay extra i didnt think so that they much care abut for the customer the story begin after that so it would be i[censored] make a call or ur senior [protected] is my no
