Very bad experience with be u salon. Very untrained staff, product used are expired due to which facing very serious health problems after taking wax on legs, big blisters with severe pain...

I booked an appointment yesterday for a package (cleanup, dtan, wax, bikini wax and threading). You sent me an untrained beautician (Neelam Gahlot) who is totally new. She had done only 2-3 services before. First of all she forgot to put dtan on my face and didnt do it. Then she was so untrained that she didn't even knew how to do wax. She used wax 7 times on a single place to remove hair and still couldn't do it properly. My skin...

They take your money and vanish. They don't get back and don't receive your calls. They dump customers. I paid money. The technician did not come..they cut calls and then don't receive. It's fraud and scam.
Pls help me with a refund of my money paid to them for nothing. Don't know how many people they have dumped....

I am from siliguri . I scheduled an appointment in home with be u salons through app for 17th January 2021.On 16th January they informed me that O3 clean up kit is not available.Hence I had to cancel it .Then I tried to reach out to them to know about the status of refund via whatsapp number [protected], customer care number [protected] and also email address [protected]@beusalons.com, but got no response. Hi had used be u salon application to do my hair straightening.
There was an offer that i would get cash back to my be u application as bcash.
1bcash is equal to 1 rupee and it will expire in 1 month.
So i got 3298 as. My bcash and now this people are telling that i cannot use it in 1 shot. Am okay to use it in 3 or 4 shot.. But it would get expired by that time...
These people are playing game with customers...

I took a nearby deal for global hair colour, then i called in ur sec 47 branch some guy hement is there i took an appointment for 28.
Then i reached there and those a colour shade he told me that for that shade u have to pay 1000 extra. I choosed 8.34 colour i asked him why should i get extra paid for that he said its not from basic colour so u hve to but there in deal nothing is mention like that but anyhow he said he negotiate charged...
