This salon is fraud. They take your money and vanish. They don't get back and don't receive your calls. They dump customers. I paid money. The technician did not come..they cut calls and then don't receive. It's fraud and scam. Their latest republic day offer. I feel this is fraud. Also their mmbrshp was Rs 100. I did not opt for it. I felt something is fishy. I want my money back. Pls help me with my refund. No service done. I have done frm smwhere else. Pls help me in my refund for Rs 889.

Terrible service, worse management. Had one of my worst experiences with be u salon in new Delhi. No customer care response and seem to be just a fraud company that will be short-lived. They don't even respond to calls or emails. It's my 10th day today I am trying to Pursue my refund but they don't answer.
