I booked an appointment yesterday for a package (cleanup, dtan, wax, bikini wax and threading). You sent me an untrained beautician (Neelam Gahlot) who is totally new. She had done only 2-3 services before. First of all she forgot to put dtan on my face and didnt do it. Then she was so untrained that she didn't even knew how to do wax. She used wax 7 times on a single place to remove hair and still couldn't do it properly. My skin is very sensitive and it doesnât take so much harshness. How can u expect a least trained staff to do bikni wax when she doesnât even know how to wax hands which is so easy.
I have got rashes on my arms and underarm is bleeding and got cut over there. My bikni area is all red, swollen and full of rashes and bumps because of her carelessness and stupidity. I got burned on my thighs on three places because she spilled wax and got blisters.
I never thought I would get such a disappointing and disgusting service in my life ever. I was so wrong choosing these guys instead o[censored]rbanclap. I even texted them regarding beautician and products before handed but got no reply. Have been tryin to get in touch with CUSTOMER support since the moment she left but they have seen my msgs over WhatsApp but not even had the courtesy to reply to them. They have not resolved my issue neither did they provide any medical aide for the ### there beautician did, let alone refunding my money.they expected me to wait for them for 8 10 days to give them proof and then get treatment done. They denied all the allegations and called me fake and liar as i couldnt show them the rashes after 10 days of being on medication. I need my money back and i want them to compensate for my medical bills as well.
