I booked an appointment for arms & legs waxing and pedicure in a be u salon called te amo at ber sarai, new delhi on 18 march 2019.
After reaching there they told me that they would not be able to provide pedicure service as the guy has not come. They asked me to reschedule the appointment for waxing which i did. They told me that be u salons will refund my money which was rs 998. First of all, i don't know why these guys could not inform beforehand about this unavailability of the service or why did they book for a service in the first place that they would cancel. Second, even after complaining about it thrice, be u customer care did not refund my money. The first time i complained on 19 march 2019 and the second complaint was on 4 the april. The first time they said ok they will refund my money. I took it lightly. Then, the second time they told me that the money would be reflected in my account in 4-5 working days. Well, it did not! Then the third complaint i registered was on 16 may 2019. After listening to my complaint and keeping my call on hold for 2-3 minutes, the customer care girl assured me that she would call me in 5 minutes. Again, they did not call. I am fed up with this app's unprofessionalism and fraudulent service. Please do not be fooled by this app. Do not subscribe to be u salons!!! Was this information helpful? |
