Service was not taken due to bad behaviour of service person. Salon person asked me to come one hour before. Once I reached salon make me wait 30 minutes and asked me to come another day. And asked to opt another service which was more costly than that. I opted for keratin treatment and appointment was prepaid once I reach he asked me to add some other services on denying he asked me to leave. I cancelled my booking however refund not received.
