Service was not taken due to bad behaviour of service person. Salon person asked me to come one hour before. Once I reached salon make me wait 30 minutes and asked me to come another day. And asked to opt another service which was more costly than that. I opted for keratin treatment and appointment was prepaid once I reach he asked me to add some other services on denying he asked me to leave. I cancelled my booking however refund not received....

I purchased L'Oréal shampoo and conditioner on 19th may 2021. But I received fake duplicate cheap shampoo instead of original one...

Employees at be u salon, sector 15, gurgaon delivered beauty services on sunday, 15th march, 2020 requested by me. However, due to a glitch in their system they cancelled my appointment booked online.

They then 'assured' me that i will receive a refund on these services and urged me to pay again which i did.

It has been almost a month and till date my amount has not been refunded.

I booked an appointment for arms & legs waxing and pedicure in a be u salon called te amo at ber sarai, new delhi on 18 march 2019.

I have booked an appointment for matrix hair smoothing at te-amo parlor thru be u saloons and after payment and confirmation, i have received a call from the parlor saying they don't use the matrix products and i have to opt for loreal products and pay additional charges..
