We bought Beetel Landline instrument on 8th March 2020.

Instrument name - M59 (BLACK) AND ID NO IS[protected]

FEW DAYS BACK THE ISSUE IN THE PHONE THAT STARTED -

Only half Ring tone comes and then phone automatically disconnects. (Even when we pick it up no voice is hear and it disconnects)

We are able to make outgoing calls.

For someone who is calling, once the bell rings and then there is some disturbance in the line and phone automatically disconnects.

Even the incoming number is not getting reflected on display.
