Respected Sir,
I am to request you that, I have a monitor come from my customer for service purpose. As per my duty, I am connected with concerned company through toll free number:[protected] but received unsatisfied reply. When I was send an Email to customer.[protected]@beetel.in, it have been only block. I have intimate the complete matter at toll free number time to time but no body who response properly to their customer / retailer problem.
Thereafter, I have written to (1) MD & (2) Grivencial Cell, of M/s. Beetel Teletech Ltd., 1st Floor, Plot No. 16, Udyog Vihar, Phase-IV, Gurgaon – 122001, Harayana India and sent it through regd. Post on[protected].

The service centre was already been closed since a long back period, which contact details was prescribed by customer care authority. Another think, I find out that, the service centre of company withdrawal from odisha.
It is a big challenge to me in such and such situation, what I do now?

Hence, I request you good self kindly advice me regarding the matter.

    I baught a beetel mouse last year from pune which is having 1 year warranty. At first impression it was a very beautiful mouse but it suddenly stopped working. so i decided to claim warranty. this time i shifted to chennai so i contacted custmer care and they have givven me address and telephone number of service centre. Before going there i just want to know the excat location. so tried to get them in phone. Then wtf... that phone number is at kerala. so i tried another phone number...thank god..they have picked up my call but told me that they have stopped servicing beetel products because of huge customer complaints. so as my native is kerala i finally want to try my luck again...again contacted cc and they hv given me another kerala number. This time i was very lucky...the number was not available so that i didnt lost my phone balance. So by this post my intention is not to put a complaint but to give advice to my brothers and sisters not to buy any beetel products because they have the poor service i have ever experianced...tnx all....

      I Purchased one tablet (model Beetel Magiq) on 06/04/2012 from Kolkata, Amber Teleshoppe Pvt. Ltd.vide cash memo no. 38043. Thereafter I can not use the same smoothly. I deposit said devise in several time to company's services center for fault repairing. But they can't do repair the said devise.Lastly I deposit the said devise for fault repairing on 7th Nov 2012 and they return back the same on 26th Dec. 2012. But they also failed to repair the same. I want to replace or repair perfectly the said devise. When I download something the said devise automatically shutdown. Thereafter first detach the battery and further it will be open.

        I have purchased Beetel Mobile combo from Homeshop18.Model no.GD218 and GD418. on 14 Jan,2012 order no.[protected]. both mobiles are in warranty period.Both mobile are dual sim mobile. but sometimes later in GD218 Beetel Mobile got faulty.it shows NO SERVICE even two sim cards inserted in it.I contact to Homeshop18 customer care as well as beetel customer care.they give me service center address once in Distt. Sangrur and once in Distt Patiala.I goes to take this mobile in Sangrur centre.they tell me this service centre is not working for Beetel it is closed.Today I goes to take this mobile to Patiala Service centre they also tell me the same story.they tell me the company service is so poor.so we are not received your mobile for repair it. Sir I am waste my precocious time and money.I am working a private company's job so I have two days loss of my salary and traveling allowance.Sir today i again call beetel customer care.he gives me more service centre's city names which are approx. 200-700 Km distance from my hometown.Sir i don't know what can i do?Plz help me sir....

            In an impression that Beetel is reputed brand I purchased a Beetel Magiq tablet on 07.09.11at a cost of Rs.9800/- The product was not of good quality and was giving trouble. I deposited the tablet M/s Accel Frontline Services Limited, Chandigarh (The authorised service centre of Beetel in Chandigarh). The tablet was replaced but the replacement was also of the same quality. Last time I deposited my tablet with the service centre on 10th of July, 2012 vide call ID NO. CHD-BM[protected]DW. I also reported the matter to the Beetel customer care vide Ref. No. BT190954 dated 19.09.12 but the replacement is still awaited though a period of more then three months has elapsed. When I call the customer care it is replied that the product is out of stock. I want a final replacement now. I shall not go to either Beetel or service centre after that. Kindly take the matter with the Beetel and arrange the return of my product. My contact No. is [protected]. This mobile No. can also be used to tack the status of the complaint.

              I have purchased a handset of Beetel mark GD 575 through Home Shop 18 on[protected]. After six months its touch screen is not working and set is useless without that. I have complained to the customer care centre at Amritsar and handed over the set to Alpine computer the ultimate customer care centre at Amritsar on[protected].Till date neither the care centre of Amritsar nor its representing head at ludhiana is giving any suitable reply.

                    I have bought a beetel gd777 mobile from homeshop 18 on 20.04.2012.I was facing problem of microphone and hangging. That why i have submitted the phone to customer care at CHANDIGARH on 15 July 2012.They had returned my handset on 19 July without repair. They told me we have updated the software but in actual he returned my handset after "restore factory setting done".Because all the data were present in the handset. Then, again i have submitted the mobile to the care center. After thay, they had returned my mobile. They told me, we have changed microphone and updated the software. Again, i have checked there were all the data present. Still i was facing problem. Then, again i have submitted the phone on 24 July 2012 with CALL ID: CHD-BM[protected]DW. They, told me we will replace motherboard. They, told you have to wait for one month. I contacted the customer care executive(Ms Nisha) over the phone. She gave me number of his senior Mr Raj Ki shore([protected]).He told me you will get your mobile within a week.He also gave me a number of his senior Mr. Raj([protected]).He is located in delhi. Now, he is not picking my phone. Today is 25th September but still i haven't get my mobile back.Now I feel very bad due to Purchase this Mobile handset. First Time I purchased Beetel Mobile and my entire money had gone I think. I cant understand this kind of Company Beetel. So kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                      I purchased mobile on six month ago which by automatically switch off and its touch pad not work

                      So on i gives beetel service station on 8th May,2012 in Maninagar , ahmedabad

                        My hand set Beetel GD777 which i used only 15 days but its suddenly off due to some touch pad problem

                        So i gives your service station Ahmedabad "Wave shop" on On 8th may 2012 for repair but is still not repaired

                        I more than 24 times told Customer care department but they didnot reply properly

                        Beetel GD777 mobile — Non delivery of mobile set

                        I have purchased one Beetel Mobile GD-777 from Home Shop 18 vide order no.[protected]. But there was some problem like “Display flickers and mmc not read”. The DOA Certificate vide call ID-R13-BM[protected]DW was APPROVED on 13.04.2012 through Accel Care Centre, Lucknow and the original DOA Certificate was sent to Home Shop 18, C/o Mr. Rahul Verma, 7th Floor, FC-24, Sector-16A, File City, Noida through Speed Post vide EU[protected] IN, dated. 20.04.2012. The mobile set was handed over to Accel Care Centre, Lucknow. But unfortunately neither I have received any massage nor a new mobile set from Home Shop 18 till today as the process have already been completed. It is therefore requested that a new mobile set may please be sent at an early date as I have left Lucknow City for one month w.e.f. 29.04.2012. An early action will be solicited.

                          Dear sir/madam This is Mr Narasinha Sahu of Berhampur, Odisha would like to inform you that i have purchased a Beetel Full touchscreen Duel sim Phone, Model No-GD777 on 1st April 2007 through Home Shop 18. And i received the same from North India Top Company(p) Ltd bearing invoice no-BAR/042012/4476, dated-1st April 2012 on 6th April 2012 in COD mode. I used the handset till 7th May 2012 without any problem. On 8th May some problem arised like phone restarts by itself & touchscreen not worked, thats why as my phone is under warranty i submited it at our local Beetel authorised service centre OM MOBILE CARE,BERHAMPUR,ODISHA, on 8th April 2012. After receiving my handset the above mentioned service centre given me an acknowledgement with a Call Id OM2-BM[protected]DW,dated-8th May 2012, 1:30pm. My IMEI Nos are [protected] & [protected]. And Warranty is upto 5th May 2013. But 4 month is going to complete, my problem could not be solved. More than 50 times i visited to service centre to receive my mobile,but no results came. Finally he gave me a mobile no of a company person bearing mobile number [protected] to solve the matter i also talk with him more than 20times,but every time the concerned person assures me to solve the matter but no action taken till date. So in mean time i suffered a lot and today i purchased a new mobile handset. So kindly help me to refund my amount Rs2999/- which was paid by me at the time of purchase.

                            My Beetel GD 410 mobile is having problem that when i receive a call or get a missed call i could not be able to see the number of caller after the call got disconnected. It shows "No number" and as such i could not be able to dial the caller. However when the call is connected the caller phone/mobile number is visible. But after the call got disconnected, the number is not visible. Other details i can see like type of call i.e. Missed/Received call (2) time of that call (3) duration of particular call.

                            Kindly give suggestions.

                              I have bought a beetel magiq from your website and received it in 2 days time. i had donemay hard work to gather the money and buy the tablet.There was a problem in the beetel tablet- The Tab Restarting by itself only. I had submitted the tablet to service center on 31st March and today is 24th July. I havn’t received any revert from past 4 months. This is really a very awful experience & bad service from beetel. While buying they delivered in 2 days and when it comes to replacement it takes 4 months. I asked them if they cannot replace they can refund the money.But they are not reverting on it. Kindly help me to recover my tablet

                                I had purchased a Beetel Magiq tablet on 7th Dec 2011. The TAb suddenly stopped working in the month of Apr 2012. It was not booting and not starting at all. Since the product was within warrenty I was eligible for replacement & hence went to their service center at Fraslin Tech Care Pvt Ltd ( Shp no: 3/13 , Hiton Co-op HSG SOC, Ram Nagar , Borivali w . ( ctc no;[protected]. My complaint was logged with call id: FT2-BM[protected]DW on 18th Apr '12 and was told that they will chk on the fault and get back to me.For weeks together I did not get any response from the service center. In fact when ever I would call the calls were not answered. Ultimately we got the Beetel Head office number from their website & spoke to Mr. Pravin Tamboli on [protected]. We were told that currently they do not have the product in stock but within a week's time we shall get the replacement. Since Apr '12 , we are regularly & rigorously following on getting the replacement but everytime we are given next week's committement, Few days back I got a msg from Mr. Pravin ( on my husband's no. ) stating we need to return the box along with accessories to their service center wherein a DOA letter shall be issued with which we shall get our refund. When we went to the service center at Borivali as per the instruction ,we were told that they do not service Beetel products anymore & we will need to go to Mira Road for the DOA letter. We are extremely upset with this after sale service wherein a customer is expected to follow up for 3 months for a replacement of faulty product. When spoken to Mr. Pravin today he again gave the same old next week committement , when we insisted that we simply want refund of our money , he flatly refused that refund is not possible. We are extremely pained with this experience and feel cheated. We would like a strong action to be taken against this issue & resolution to our problem.thanx Neelam Mantri.

                                I had purchased a Beetel Magiq tablet on 24th Dec 2011.The TAb suddenly stopped working in the month of april 2012.Since the product was within warrenty I was eligible for replacement & hence went to their service center at Ganpati Cellular. Service centre returned back the tab stating it cant be repair and were asking 5-6 month to repair a tab. after that Ganpati Cellular was wound up and new service centre named National Service was replaced. i gave tab to the same, and i did not got online job sheet. I did not get any response from the service center. My tab EMI No. is betel tab magic[protected].We are extremely pained with this experience and feel cheated. We would like a strong action to be taken against this issue & resolution to our problem. thank you.

                                I submitted my Beetel Magiq Tab (S7) with M/s. service center vide Call ID No. CHD-BM[protected]DW dated 10th of July, 2012 but the repair/replacement is still awaited though more then three months have elapsed. I have called so many times service center as well is Beetel customer care so many times but no effect. I receive no replies of my emaIls sent to Beetel.

                                  sir i have baught a beetel mobile gd777 online from homeshop18 on 6
                                  april 2012.but it got software problm within 15 days from purchase.i
                                  visit their service centre and pick the set and keep for nearly 20
                                  days and return me without repair it.i visit 5 to 6 time service
                                  centre in this period.i call their customer care panel but they never
                                  solve my problm.sir pls help me i m facing so much troubles

                                    The piece is defective and the touch screen mal functions, I tried with their dealer whom I discovered with subtle difficulty who refuses to accept without original bill which was sent back with the pack they sent since they sent different product later exchanged.                                     This has reference to the trailing mail and the touch screen is problematic right from the beginning and further when in fine, traced your authorized dealer, Accel Fron Line in Greams Road, Chennai, they refuse to take without original bill which was pasted in the carton sent by oversight but replaced latter. However, they object to consider the soft copy, which alone we are in possession. Kindly treat this matter urgent and set right the anomaly and enable my son to get the right set immediately and replacement will be ideal even if bit costs more.                                         Sir, i am j.jayaganesh .my beetel mobile model no gd470 has got touch screen problem,So i have given it for service on 27/05/2012.The service center people told me that they will replace the display.Until today 13/06/2012 they have not delivered me the same.When i enquired them they told me that spare is not available.Then why company like beetel is giving false claim that 1 year warranty is there for their products.since my mobile is under warranty period.
