"Joint folio is not eligible for redemption" message comes in system when I go for redemption. PAN of Joint holder Rajbala Singh is BJCPS6662N. KYC has already been updated through NDML KRA in October 2023. Please update KYC in your record. As per SEBI guideline KYC updation need not be done again if it is done once through NDML KRA or CVL KRA.

    SIP was debited but units not allotted
    My SIP (small cap fund - Regular growth) got debited on 10th Feb 2022 but units were not allotted till now. I contacted Canara Robeco customer care twice and they raised two different complaints and just asking me to wait wait and wait.

      My SIP (small cap fund - direct growth) got debited on 12th December 2022 but units were not allotted till now. I contacted Canara Robeco customer care twice and they raised two different complaints and just asking me to wait wait and wait.

      Following are the compliant numbers provided to me
      1. First compliant[protected]
      2. Second compliant[protected]

      Refer to the screenshot attached.

      I am not getting any resolution nor any proper response.

          :50 am went for depositing of 10000 rs in CDM of yalahanka new Town branch, its showing deposit retracted but no money deposited to my account and not returned my amount

            My father, on 1st July 1992, purchased 500 units at the rate Rs.10 each.
            Issued at New Delhi.

            I have the original certificate, please advise how can I redeem the amount and what is the value now.

              I didn't do any transaction of 1500/- for cmp mandate but i received message from sbi, please credit my amount to my bank account.

                I cancelled amazon order on April 16th, 2020 even after 10 days I did not receive refund amount.. So I contact amazon customer care they given bank reference id [protected]. And I called canara bank customer care I did not get proper response.. So I take charge dispute in Canara bank. My bank account is[protected]. Nayakanhatti branch

                  I order a product on amazon on 19th of this month using my canara bank debit card but the amount of 736.25 is deducted twice from my account then i cancle the order and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 19th of this month. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as #519798 & #929826. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                    My father was an arn holder and he has passed alway on this march18. This amc has till now never inform me the nominee name and further process till now were as all the amc has done all the process. Whenever i tried to contact them they are busy.
