Hi,

There is Rs. 250 fine for those who don't wear mask inside matro premises and metro train. But there is no notification boards in the metro premises regarding the same. Only notified inside metro train running display and very rear watching it.

Press and electronic media references will not be available to very poor people those who don't have access to TV and newspapers. And information will be there on one moment. But for the people those who travel from different parts of the country and come to bangalore and for them at least as a reference and as a reminder for at least it should be there at least in a Xerox format pasted in front of the stations.

Covid 19 protocols pasted is there since many more days. But strict rules started now.. Like age old people those who have difficulties in breathing they have to pay and unaware poor home construction labour man by mistake opened once And paid And nose operated man paid. Nasal veins blocked person paid. And breathing difficulties people also paid. Rules should be Rules including Humanity.

Rules changing not possible means At least board should be pasted in bold letters in front of metro station so that people read the board Rs. 250 fine will be collected and they will be aware.

Many officers those who collect Rs. 250 fine they even don't wear mask properly. They wear mask only at the time of fine money collection.

Metro started for people's comfort and due to covid 19 ...This should not become a money laundering business.

Please have serious discussion about all these factors.

      I checked in metro station twice but online payment is not affected to my card.
      I entered a correct details card number as well.

        The service provided by Mamatha at Yeshwanthpur was horrible today. I went to collect a token for Jayanagar station and I had missed to bring my wallet. So I asked her for a token and scanned on Google pay and kept it ready. She made a big ruckus that I scanned without her permission and got into an unprofessional argument. Please note, I had only scanned and did not even send money yet. I was waiting for the amount to be disclosed by her and then obviously inform her and send the amount.
        Overall it was an unacceptable behaviour and service!

          Staff at may I help you counter towards VV Puram side door, at National College Metro Station,
          always not co-operative with customer these guys one male and onother female staff busy in personal matters and ignoring to customer
          today same thing happen at around 2.50 pm, because of this type of staff you are loosing your brand value
          kindly take the proper action against them

            Your website is not updated regularly. Especially metro timings are not updated. Due to frequent changes due to covid, metro operations are being changed frequently. Please update operating timing every 3 days and entire website at least once a week.
            The present website details are too old.

              The metro station at indiranagar doesn't allow to use gpay or phone or any online mode of transaction and it is very difficult during covid time nd during unexplainable times. So it is requested to make a qr code or some alternative arrangement to accept online mode of transaction.

                I am resident of Wilson Vintage apartments, Wilson garden..this apartment is near to the diary circle..it has been regular routine for the metro workers to do most of noisy works in the mid night ..we are suffering sleepless nights because of the construction work..we have elderly and children at home who are sick and vulnerable. The big bangs and noise during night is intolerable. The sleepless nights are craeting a big issue to our psychological well being ..please do something to stop this noise torture during night time

                  Staff of bmrcl not wearing proper mask and not charging them a fine of rs250 but to travelers bmrcl are charging fine of rs250 which is not fair at all so am requesting to take this complaint seriously and make one rule to everyone and am submitting photo proof of bmrcl staff not wearing a proper mask.

                    As being a proud Bangalore resident, I take much pride that the city is progressing, but at what cost? I live in the Jakkasandra region of HSR Layout where the project of building Metro lines for the city is ongoing. As I admire the hard work of the workers, I am stressed in my personal space. Some machinery of drilling is being used for more than 12 hours of the day, which causes immense noise and is extremely irritating. We cant work in peace nor have a good sound sleep, thus affecting our health and mental well-being.
                    Requesting the authority to take action on this and make sure that machinery is used only at a particular hour of the day or night. So at least we can have either a calm workplace or a peaceful sleep.

                      On 10th January 2022 Evening while travelling from my office in JP Nagar to my home, there were some welding works going on at the under construction Silkboard metro Station without any safety mechanism or the traffic below. Some of the welding sparks fell on my Car windshield due to which it got damaged. Attached is the snapshot from the dashcam video installed from in my car. I can share the complete video if required. Please take care of safety during construction as it was my car now, it can be someone else car or two wheeler and can cause grievous injury. The grievance submission on the website also does not work.

                      Please help me in getting compensation for the damages done for my car and also BMRCL needs to update their safety standards.

                        I reached magadi road metro station ticketing counter around 18:30 - 1900, A lady was sitting inside with curly Hair. I requested her Metro card, she replied in a very low voice. So, I requested her to repeat, she got frustrated and was yelling and shouting at me while repeating acting like my boss.

                        I can say stupidity (lady) @ it's peaks.

                        Bmrcl officials first educate your staff how to behave.

                        Behaviour will increase your fame and income.

                                I have recharged my bmrc card on 13.12.2021 with Rs.500/- through UPI mode with reference no[protected] at 9.07pm . The transaction is successful ( screenshot attached) but the amount is not deposited in my card till date. The customer care counter at the metro stations keep telling different days of resolution varying from 2 days to 7days.
                                Pls look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to keep the faith of my online recharge through your portal or else your counters will be cluttered with people having no faith on online recharge.

                                  I wàs travel from nagasandra to yelachanahalli . i take care of safety & hygiene period of travel i was got call from my home for urgent basis to speak just mask little bit down from mask sudden other person not able to hear properly .that ladies dont have manner to how to speak around 3 ladies demanded money to pay fine 1000 rs ..fine is ok...but they dont have manner how to speak & talk to customer one of that horrible service ever i seen.just like looted to passenger they were souted to passenger .wht the hell where is going this bangalore metro service is going.its fear to travel from metro.its not happy to travel from metro.its disgusting & nasty of ladies making arguing with passenger.the way they are behaving looking like completing his target like scam collecting from customer.to get anything.one the worst thing ever faced yesterday.metro plz keep fair & provide better service not keeping staff as forcibly like .misbehaving staff

I had an accident in majestic metro station where people are getting in and out, suddenly the door was closed and hit to my head due to the carelessness of the driver kalparuksha and you can check the cctv surveillance .                                       Dear Sir,

                                      I request you to provide parking space at the Vajarahalli station as there are no feeder buses serving all the residential areas nearby.

                                      Every morning, it is a major chaos as the metro commuters are forced to park their vehicles on the public roads, footpaths and private plots. The local residents are also inconvenienced.
                                      Please provide parking similar to what has been done at the Banashankari and Yelachenahalli stations.

                                        Hi,

                                        In rush hour and evening when there is crowd, please reserve at least 1 coach for senior citizens in Bangalore metro so they can use peacefully, many times seen they get frustrated when they travel within normal crowd, no one gives respect for senior citizens (exceptional people are there who give)

                                        Kindly check this humble request.
