Your lady security staff at majestic metro not allowed me to enter at metro because I had my working tools, Nagasandra metro staffs permitted me for the same.. I have taken metro card as well.. Is there separate rule for every metro? The lady is arrogant.. I had waste of time...Take necessary action

      I had to catch my bus today to my native town, from Yeshwantpur. But when I reached the nearest station(Yelachenahalli) at 9pm, I got to know the trains have stopped. The public is unaware of this!! Can I get to know what is going on?! Thank you

        Namma metro app recharge unsuccessful

        I have recharged Rs. 200 for metro card number [protected] via Namma metro app on[protected], payment ID for the same being [protected], the transaction showed successful but the balance was not redeemed. When enquired in customer care of the metro, I was told, it would happen automatically within 7 working days, it's been 34 days, and there is no proper response from the metro team and today, on 24.03.2021, I was told the amount is not at...

        As per new rule of metro, for making recharge ATM card or Phone pe is mandatory, but today in Kempegowda metro station they denied to accept UPI transaction and they said because of server issue, as there is some issue in UPI server i requested them to recharge through cash but they said they cant do that and i have to recharge only through ATM card or it cannot be done, other than this there are lot problems in metro regarding metro card... As per my Knowledge under government and Public sector metro should be user friendly for Publics but here in metro thats not happening at all... More over staffs are not at all trained well and they dont know how to react publics quiries and No Manager or Incharge will not come to solve queries worst public transport sector i have ever seen in my life

          Dear Sir/mam,

          With respect to the recharge of the smart metro card, when we do top-up through Namma metro app, upon successful payment of transaction it only says it takes max 7 days to reflect the amount and transaction shows under Success tab, but no where I see mentioning its usable only after 1 hour of top-up, if your system takes 1 hour to process such a small transaction at least until then the transaction status should show under In-Progress tab. Considering your slow processing time of 1 hour at least at the service desk of every metro station upon showing our online payment made in app Can't they update our card with respective top -up amount and why is it so that recharge made at service desk has no waiting time of 1 hour and waiting time for top up made though app aren't those the same servers/ payment gateway ?

          Further, why there isn't a provision to make the payment through cash at service desk considering the people who don't use card always ?

          With card processing time of 1 hour, and mandate to make payment only through card at service desk, somewhat I feel the process is not efficiently managed and people are facing issue due to same.

          Please consider this as a feedback and improvise on the same.

            This is to inform you that the public is not allowed parking at Vajarahalli metro station stating that only staff parking. When there is so much space for parking in both the sides whatever for public they can allow. Inspite of telling we are ready to pay, they are not accepting. Then what is the use of metro station at Vajarahalli as all the public will not get drop everyday. Kindly look into this on high priority and do the needful.

                      I am a regular user of Namma Metro and the services provided are excellent !! However off late I see that security personnel and even frisking personnel do not wear their masks correctly especially at Doddakalasandra and Majestic stations. Their masks are most times below their chin or nose and this is not right. Request the concerned to take proper measures in educating them appropriately.

                        I have recharged ₹500 for my metro card online at webtopup.bmrc.co.in on 14th February 2021 and have been using my metro card regularly. Till today my money hasn't been added to my card and have not been refunded my money as well. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I travelled with my friend from Sir M V Stn.on 12th Feb 2021 around 4 a m.using my friends metro card..While boarding after she entering machine said invalid ticket.I went to the counter he checked the balance and found Rs503..and gave the card back to use.It allowed..
                          But at the exit in Hosahalli Station.Same thing happened.But the lady in counter told I was a ticket less traveller and had to pay fine of Rs 250/. As they were not accepting cash..we asked her to deduct from metro card.She told it can't be done.Both o[censored]s were not carrying ATM card.
                          We had to wait more than 40 minutes till my husband paid the fine.
                          I had bitter experience she could have asked us to wait for 15 minutes as rules say.Instead she sent me two other guys inside a room who started explaining. I told them that I'm not denying to pay fine but want to go through the rules.

                            I payed online through scaning, money was debited from my account, but recipient side its not showing. They said it will be credit after 24 hours, this happened on 21st of Nov 2020, but never received any payback.

                              In vajra hall metro stating, they insist conducting frisking for Ladies in a closed cell where there is no social distancing there.
                              This is a violation of covid precaution and public is put into this harmful inconvenience.

                                It's really unfortunate that a metro card is mandatory and there is no way one can surrender the card and get the refund of the card charges. Occasional travellers are forced to pay 50/ card charges.

                                Kindly consider the following:
                                1. Allow tokens as a means of convenience for occasional travellers
                                OR
                                2. Waive off 50/ card charges.

                                  I would like to register the complaint stating people would prefer to travel in metro due to it's convenience especially for long distance. We people when we are rushing for last minute train in hurry burry after completing our work, would appreciate if metro management understand this and would allow us instead of stopping, debating, questioning us. If the requirement itself not fullfilled then why we have to travel in metro. Bus and other transport is better, at least they will not, stop, question and debate. Also should understand the seconds matter for metro which is applicable to us also. Hope you understand and avoid restrictions

                                    I ve recharged 500rps recently, I don't use the metro route that regular, it's really impossible for me to use it once a week.

                                    We put our sweat to earn the money.
