    Complaint #19570 registered at Yeshwanthpur Metro Station:
    I, with my senior citizen parents, took the metro from JP Nagar metro station to reach Yeshwantpur metro station on 07-11-20. But due to the unnecessary holding us on the card gate has resulted in, missing our train to our forward journey from Yeshwantpur railway station. We tried to take other trains that day, but due to the non-availability of seats our journey could not take off. The gate officer hold us on the gate saying we have to wait until the update to the metro card happens which will be one hour. She then recharge metro card there itself after one of her senior asked her to do so. I took her 20 min to let us go from there. At Yashwanthpur we missed our train by a minute as we see the speeding up on the station. Here are to and fro travel expenses occurred on 07-11-20. A detailed email has already sent to [protected]@bmrc.co.in on 13-11-20 which was ignored entirely.

    1. Home to JP Nagar Metro station : Rs.115/-
    2. JP Nagar Metro station :
    Topup 1 : Rs.50/- + Rs.50/- = Rs.100/- (the first topup was done on the mobile app which did not reflect on the card for an hour, so they did another topup there itself)
    Topup 2 : Rs.50/- + Rs.50/- = Rs.100/- (the first topup was done on the mobile app which did not reflect on the card for an hour, so they did another topup there itself)
    Topup 3 : Rs.100/-
    3. JP Nagar to Yeshwantpur : Rs.42.75 x 3 = Rs.128.25/-
    4. Train ticket from YSR to MMR:
    I : Rs.902.70/-
    Parents : Rs.1397.70/-
    5. Yeshwantpur to Majestic : Rs.23.75 x 3 = Rs.71.25/-
    6. Majestic to Home Uber cab : Rs.215/-

    I am asking full refund which is taking too long to be accepted.

      I travelled from Doddakal sandra to JP nagar metro on 28/01/2021 at 8:15 pm. When i reached Jp nagar, i forgot to take my separate white color box ( inside box one white color cable ) which Price is Rs.25000. I missed the white color box Cable.
      Please trace the product and do the needful.

          My suggestion is that the Purple Line should touch the new Railway terminus. To do this, a new station should be introduced between Swamy Vivekananda Road station and Byappanahally station by rerouting the existing track via the new station located at the new Vishweshwaraya Railway Terminus. This will be hugely beneficial to the travellers from this Railway Terminus

            Dear sir/madam,

            The train times are getting changed with out any intimation and due to which we are no able to reach office on time .kindly make the standard time schedule for the trains so that so many people are coming from far distances to catch the metro by checking the regular time.

            Kindly consider this as people are getting troubled because of dynamic time schedules of train timings

              This is with regards to ticket number 6493, as per which I have not received my refund for having attempted to recharge my metro card on 29th Dec 2020 and not having received that money in my metro card account.

              Despite follow-ups at both the [protected]@bmrc.co.in mail id and after filing a physical complaint, nobody responds to this issue even after using the namma metro app to do the transaction.

                  Making payment options only through debit/credit card or by online option is absolutely atrocious. Who even made this rule should think with all his 6 senses if he/she has it. Do you people think every person in the city or country is using debit/credit card and or online banking? Have some sense before making such rules and deploying the policy.
                  There are numerous senior citizens who are using the Metro service and everyone doesn't know such option. Accept cash payments and ensure to support the people who have only that. If you guys are scared of Covid-19, you have to take precautions for that instead of telling us what to do and what not.

                    I travel by metro daily and I have recharged the metro card in station. For which 2 times extra money is deducted. Once I had to pay 200 but it's deducted 200+200 and next time also same thing happened. Instead of 200, money deducted two times . I checked the bank statement also. 2 times 400 us deducted

                      I have done the online recharge of Rs.50/- on 11/10/2020 at timings 16.55.30.
                      After that i couldn't travel within 7 days, i tried to travel 8th day.
                      But the amount was not got credited to card.
                      Thereafter I have repeatedly visited several times in my nearest Metro station Visweshwaraiah station (near Mysore Bank). They always telling that server down.
                      Later on 23/12/2020 visited Deepanjali Metro station and they are telling it is crossed 60 days and not able to recharge. And also refused take written complaint regarding the same and asked to lodge the complaint in www.travedesk.com.
                      But i have writterned mail to BMRL they given the same reason and not giving the solution.
                      I request either they have to refund the amount or Recharge.

                        I travel daily to office by metro from Jayanagar to Sandal soap factory station. I daily take the 7:33 am train. The male security guard at the baggage counter daily checks me with a hand held metal detector by touching me with it which is a clear breach of zero contact policy for Covid 19 prevention. The security is supposed to use the metal detector without making any contact with the passengers. I tried to explain this to him but he only knew hindi and could not understand Kannada as he was not well educated. Kindly take necessary action.

                            I had recharged my metro card today at Sri vishweshwariah metro station with rs. 50/- through debit card.
                            The amount got deducted twice and only rs. 50/- is recharged.

                                Respected Sir, I'm GURUPRASAD from Rajajinagar, I daily travel from Rajajinagar to Peenya industry has I've noticed that the trains for yelachenahalli are more compared to nagasandra... And also during Morning hours for every 4mins a train towards yelachenahalli are passed whereas for nagasandra during mornings 12min delay for the next train is provided so kindly, please look after the problem and provide facility

                                  Hi Team,

                                  This is to inform you that I faced a very unprofessional behaviour with one of the staff in Peenya Metro station named thriveni.

                                  I had my online recharge done on[protected] around 10:30AM in Google pay and the amount is deducted. But it didn't reflect even after 2 hrs. Hence no checked with staff they said there is some server issue and will reflect on[protected]. But when I checked today again. It did not reflect. Hence I approached the staff for my issue. She was not polite and rude while responding to my questions

                                  Also she asked me to log a online complaint. Only when I asked to call her manager she gave me the book to log a complaint.

                                  I feel they are too lazy to answer the quires and work. We being a passengers will not have time to all these dramas while travelling. Please educate them on how to respond to the customers and resolve my issue ASAP..
