I have noticed lot of people inside the train metro. They look at them and start laughing on them. Why? What is the problem with those people are they crack or are they god that they look at other people and start laughing on their face.

They think they are superstar or they are prime minister of india.
They only have good face in the whole universe.

What they think that they are only the handsome and smart people in the whole world/.

I think those people should go back to school and learn some good manners and come back again to adult hood.

    In the jalahalli station whent i was went ask for the ticket at the ticket counter at 3:50pm (21/11/18) and the ticket charge is 42 rs to the mg road i given 50rupees and they asked me for 2 rupees change but i dont have 2 rupees of change.. And that lady employee said we cant give 8 rupees of change give 2 rs or go back.. Then i was requested them plz its emegency i have to go.. Finally they did not provide me ticket.. I was just came out from the station.. Please some times understand the situations and dont behave like that.. If you are at the same situation what can you do?.. Kindly take the action and make comfertable for people.. Love ನಮ್ಮ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ

      I always travel by metro to avoid road traffic in bangalore. Today in majestic metro i was standing in the line behind the female fellow indian. She saw me and she changed the line and told one man fellow indian to stand in front of me. I was just standing in a queue i did not even see a female standing in front of me

      Then i changed my line immediately after the man came in front of me. He was repeatedly seeing me with very wicked look.

      Is this the way the people travel in bangalore metro. I did not like it all. I am very much disappointed by fellow indians. Not only here indians behave very rudely in

      International also they behave very rudely there also. Becoz of them people do not like indians.

        There was no lift facility after 10 pm in yelachenahalli metro station as per the station incharge. I had couple of luggages along with the family. Requested the security incharge and station incharge along with one more handicap person who cannot take the steps go down with his luggage. Reason for closing the lift room due to less manpower it seems as per the security incharge. Finally after the multiple requests and argument security guard has agreed to switch on lift for needy people, station incharge was reluctant to support on request.
        Dear bmrc,

        I commute daily from Banshankri to Halasuru by metro, A guy was following me the security personnel stationed their observed this issue did not even bothered about this, when I complained regarding this they replied this happens!!! Their won't be any security personnel near staircases or connecting bridge.

          This happens everyday in indiranagar metro station. The ticket from indiranagar to majestic is 25rs and everyday i would be the one providing the 5rs. Once i did not have the change and i clearly saw the person in front of me giving 5rs to the counter person. So when it was my turn i have 30rs and the same drama started making faces at me, murmuring something to themselves. I told them that i didn't have 5rs and they asked me why i traveled in metro, i should go in bus instead. Is this how they are trained? Most of the time they are just chatting with their friends inside. I'm working and i will have to rush to the office. Something needs to be done.

            At 20.10.2018, 3:40pm in bayapnahlli metro station one male police person roughlly told me if you don't know kanada language then you don't trevel in metro, after that one ledy security also told me same thing in same way.
            After that i complained in costumers support section but they people also if you don't know kanada then not travel in nama metro.

              Issue dated 07th oct 2018, around 3:30 pm my friend took ticket from mahalakshmi to kampegouda metro station. And i was having her ticket with me, but i had to change train from majestic and i took train to bayapanhalli. That ticket remained with me and they charged her 220 as token and ticket amount.

              Next morning i went with the token to kampegouda metro station they denied and i requested them to take my complaint. They took complaint but did not allow me to take picture of that complaint copy and when i asked the staff members over there they started behaving rudely.

              If i am giving back them the thing which i was charged for then why arent they returning my money? And they i have taken that token back then why should not they give my money back?

                Baggage scanner at indiranagar metro station entrance 'a' has been broken for about 2 months now. Several friends on social media have complained about this issue and some have even sent written complaints to their office and nothing has changed. If i were them, i'd be taking the security of their citizens a little more seriously and fix the issue right away. You have not only made us wait forever for the services to start and now you want to raise security concerns when metro is regarded as the fastest and safest mode of transport in our city. Please look into this issue seriously.

                  Today took a commute from byapnahalli metro station to national college, as the fare was 35/-, rs100 was paid by me. What i get is rs 40/- in return when enquired, the chasier shows the cash drawer, is this how they are trained to behave with the commuters, it's not the first time this had happened before too. Will you be okay and provide the token if i hadn't paid the exact fare. Do have some responsibility smh.

                    Today at 7pm, at dasarahalli metro station, i asked for the ticket to sandle soap factory. Ms. Kavya, one of the counter staff asked me to give her change of 2 rupee. When i told her, i don't have she started arguing with me & shouting on me and also not ready to issue the ticket for the same, and she was telling me to go to next counter for tickets, at the same time i went to speak with the incharge regarding this he was sleeping in the counter near by the access gate. Now tell me this is the way to behave with the customers... Should take an action for this

                      Yesterday when i took the token for nagasandra from majestic, the actual cost of token is 38. When i paid him 50, he only return me the change of 50. When i said asked the 2rs, he asked me the change of 8 rs... Which i didn't had... So he asked me leave... It's the same thing that's happening to everyone... Being the public service provider, they are sntachig our hard earned money, which is really the worst part. And whenever we query any staff including the taken issuer behaving aggressively and doesnt respond properly... Not everytime we do have a change but when we ask for the token, they don't provide us with the token and make us to wait until we go and beg for the change with some other passengers.

                        Please increase the frequency of the green line metro trains!! One train is 6 mins is too less!! There are many passengers travelling at peak hours towards yellachenahalli.
                        Also the air conditioning needs to be on at all hours in the purple line! We are saving enough fuel by not using private vehicles. Please ensure the executive incharge understands that the weather outisde has no impact inside the train.

                          Sir while boarding metro, i entered mysore road metro station ticket counter at 8 am on 10th sep 2018. The lady sitting at ticket counter extremely right she refused to accept 10 rupee coin. And rudely behave with me. Sir is there any rule not accept 10rupee coin in metro.. As per rbi guidelines if anybody refused to accept 10rupee coin its offence. Please take immediate action onthat lady
                          In jp Nagar metro station when I went to buy a ticket to vishweshwaraya station I gave Rs200 note where the staff miss Aishwarya started behaving arrogantly using abusing words as I dint have change . She refused to give me the ticket . She had a kcic I'd card and I am shocked to see this pathetic behaviour from face of metro .

                            The two wheeler parking at yellachanahalli station even though its not maintained well and the parking area is not even to park the vehicles. The vehicles are parked without any gap and some of the women they find it difficult to takeout. The parking fee is very high — they charge rs 30 for a single day and due to rains if the vehicle is not taken — overnight charges rs.100.

                            For any indian standards of living these charges...

                            Hi,
                            I gave a ₹50 note on counter for a token from indiranagar to yellachenahalli which costs ₹45, on asking for ₹5 change, they simply said they didn't have any change without looking at their cash drawers, and did the same with every passenger in queue.
                            Same happened on the return journey @ yellachenahalli station. They were reluctant to give any change.
                            Moreover reaching back indiranagar, the parking guy also charged ₹10 for bicycle whereas only ₹5 were applicable, giving 'no change' as a blind excuse.
                            I see many passengers with similar complaints, please do something urgently so not all passengers should suffer.
                            Heavy corruption going on counters of bmrc.

                              Just purchased ticket from Baiyappanahalli metro. I had to travel to Trinity and the ticket charge is Rs. 18/-. I gave Rs.100. A male ticket vendor employee at the counter said he don't have any change with him. But I had seen the passenger's in front of me in que giving him changes. So definitely there was no shortage for change. He said go to the other counter and check. I had to srand in another que and Whn I reached counter a lady vendor said the same thing. She had heaps of change in her cash drawer. She said she don't hv change. She hesitantly gave me Rs.72 instead of Rs. 82 stating she dint hv change. But I saw that she's having it there. And sorry to say this is not the 1st time. Shame on metro and karnataka govt saving Rs. 10 from passengers for their food.

                                Shame!!!

                                Namma metro bangaluru, doesn’t have toilets for passengers.

                                I was traveling from nagasandra to byappanahali (First of all person from the ticket counter didn’t return the change saying there is no change)

                                I was charged ₹60 from nagasandra to byappanahalli.

                                When i reached station and asked an employee about restroom it was an urgent.

                                He said sorry!!!

                                I had to pay another ₹10 to get entry and use the # toilet.

                                Really not happy.

                                  I hate to travel in bangalore metro only because unprofessional employees in the stations. The ticket vendors behaves like no one should come and buy tickets. The vendors are taking each other in their language loudly always and they never mind the us and we have to call them 2 or 3 times to give the ticket. Finally they give ticket with a unpleasant face. The government made a high quality metro by spending crores but the employee making it ugly. Please do something for the people. The employees are getting paid with the money which the passengers spend but they never think that. Kindly requesting to the namma metro md please train the employees and monitor them and keep the quality.

                                    Sir on 7.8.2018 my vehicle got punchered i was parked in parking place by giving rs 30 in bayapanahalli station back side. When i went to puncher shop opposite to bayapanahalli station, already 2 vehicle punchred and shop owner doing the work. I got to know that since moring 10 -12 vehicles got punchred. One new punchre shop opned in auto just under the metro rail under bridge (Walking bridge) (In front of food court) and all this things started. Kindly take immedite steps to remove the puncher shop from road and help the metro passangers

                                      In reference to my travel from peenya to jalahhali: at jalahhalli when i stood in front of the door to get out, the door failed to open, and before i could get out of the second door, the doors closed. When i got down at the next stop, to go back to the previous stop; i was stopped rudely and asked to exit and reenter first, because of which i paid 12 rs extra, than what i originally would pay. The crowd at the stop was so intense, i decided i cannot board such a full train and exited the metro, while again being charged 10 rs for it. I eventually took an ola and i was an hour late to work for a 10 minute travel stop.
                                      @namma metro: please attempt to see the the failures in the system. Infrastructure and ease of transport should be your top concern. There should be better rules and training provided to people working at the stations.
