My balance is supposed to credited back to my account as the smart card is not presented at CTT or Automatic gate for card balance update within 15 days from the date of recharge. I did not get my amount credites

    Address: Doddakallsandra metro station parking.

    The minimum charges for 2 wheeler is 15 Rs. However at Doddakallasandra Metro station they are charging Rs. 20 and providing false information that the rates have increased. When I told that I will complaint to BMRCL, they immediately told to pay 15/-. I am attaching the entry and exit receipts for proof. Please take appropriate action against the parking contractor.
    Per person if they are charging 5/- extra and with approximately 200 customers per day, they are pocketing 1000/- minimum per day.

      In konankunte metro station, around 12:00 Pm
      Date : 15/11/23, the worker in ticket section time was till 1:30 Pm, two lady workers in ticket section refuse to collect 10 rupees coin As they said that coin are not allowed
      And they rejected to collect atleast one 10 Rs coin, they were arguing refused to accept the coin by giving some irrelevant answer
      They are not even saying any valid reasons
      They are not even valuing costumer
      They informed that give these coin to opposite station were u will leve
      It's there responsibility to accept the coin
      They are acting like As if coin are totally banned in India
      Even if I ask there names of 2 lady worker they ignored to say and not even showed there ID card

      According to law they should be punishable
      But I file grievance against them so that BMRCL can take action for these complaints
      They should repeat these with any of publics

      According to The Indian Currency Act and section 188 says that Indian Penal Code (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servants) permit FIRs to be filed against such persons, according to NCIB (National Crime Investigation Bureau). In addition, the police can be contacted right away for assistance.

      Refusing to accept any kind of legal coins is a violation of Section 6(1) of the Coinage Act of 2011. The DC urged the people to accept the coins without any doubt or hesitation as the currency is legal.
      I believe BMRCL will take action regarding these issues

            I have recently purchased namma metro card in Jayanagar Station and top upped 100₹/- on paytm on 26 October, 2023 10.35 am for the namma metro "card No : [protected]" respectively

            And in the top up it's not showing the top upped amount 100₹/-

            I kindly request you to look into this issue and do the needful for me

              My interaction with the cashier and security personnel at Nallur Halli Metro Station was unpleasant, and I found this app to be ineffective. I encountered issues with using the QR ticket, and it still indicates that it's already been used. Additionally, the cashier and security staff displayed rude behavior.

                The security staff at South End Circle ( Green Line ) are talking so much amongst themselves that they barely care to check bags during the screening. This is a huge security risk.

                  I had recharged INR 100 for two metro smart cards on oct-7-2023 when I tried to claim it, it says no top up found. When I checked at metro station, staff told it is expired.

                    Provision to block the metro card on Lost

                    Hi, i lost my metro card having number [protected] . Now i see someone is using my card and the amount in it.
                    You don't have any resolution if card is lost.
                    Please do a provision to block the card in metro app for travelling if lost. And provide QR code for each card so only owners of the card can use and reduce theft....

                    I am a senior citizen and have faced this problem often at konanakunte cross metro and lalbagh metro stations.When a customer exits at the concourse if the escalator from concourse to ground direction is not displayed we have no option but to use stairs. When we want to go down the escalator is set to move up. Lift is also not installed on both sides, so choice has to be made correctly before the automatic exit gate. Thoughtlessly both escalators have been set to move up from ground to concourse today at 5pm at konanakunte cross station.

                      This happened on 16.10.2023 at 10:50pm
                      The security didn't incharge me that te train was cancelled until I boarded and waited for 5mins and his superior comes and tells me that my train is cancelled and it's not his problem that the security didn't tell me that the train was cancelled and tells me to literally get out and I didn't even get any refund and they didn't even try to resolve my problem and the incharge scolded the security that he did this because he's from North india and the local person don't do anything like this, he was shaming the security because he's a North indian and the whole security team did it! Please make sure this never repeats to anyone and i don't even care about the money I just wanted them to be respectful they didn't give me respect when I talked to them in hindi although I know kannada and I'm a telugu person, they respected me after I told I would complain about this and I was talking in English. This has to end now!

                        Address: Whitefield (kadugodi) metro station, Whitefield, bangalore

                        The security informed me that the train has been cancelled after me boarding the train and he says that's not his problem and then his superior comes and says 'get out your train has been cancelled', this happened at 10:50 pm although the metro service closes at 11:00 pm and the security didn't even inform me before entering into the station and i didn't even get a refund and my money is now gone!

                        And the station was Whitefield (kadugodi) banglore, I need action to be taken on this and make sure this situation never repeats to anyone.

                          This is a complaint against Mr. Mithilesh Kumar who works as a security incharge in Srirampura metro station Bengaluru, on 26/09/2023.
                          The above mentioned person did not respond for my query regarding carrying sharps in metro and instead arrogantly questioned me back and walked away from there even though I was talking to him without even looking back.
                          If such people are there then how are we suppose to know the correct information regarding the rules and regulations.

                            Money refund

                            Hi,

                            i tried to book metro through whats app money debit from bank but i not got qr code i asked metro customer help area they told money should be refund with in 7 days its beings 16 days i have not got my money back
                            please solve my issue .

                            In the doddakalasandra metro station the ticket counter person refused to give our money back. Starting he said cash or phone pay. We said cash but we didn't had 1 rs change and told him we don't. Then he said I also don't have already have you the token. So we paid through phone pay. Then he said who told you to do that we will not give your cash and shouted at us. So we left. Is this the way bmrcl teaches how to behave with the passengers. Shame on you.

                              Please provide more trains from kengeri to byappanahalli during 9:30 am to 10:30am. We are facing more difficulty while travelling.. If we miss a train we have to wait till 10 min and it is too rush when it comes to majestic stops..We can't able to stand also.. Please consider this as priority. 🙏

                                This is not fair as the lady sitting in MG Road metro station is charging extra amount for the tickets. I went to her and she charged 25rs for Majestic Metro station and then i checked on Internet and it was showing 18rs. However, she took 20rs for the fare.
                                People who don’t know or people who are new, she must be looting. She did not provide any receipt as well.
                                Atleast there should be a standard board for charges per station that would really help.
                                Please take action against that fair lady sitting in ticket counter ( MG road to Majestic lane )

                                  I Booked ticket on 12/08/23 from jayanagar to konanakunte cross actually I cancelled it but till today I didn't get the refund amount but the bmrcl helpline is saying that I already got refund amount but it's not credited to my account so please solve my problem

                                    On August 15, 2023 - we were travelling from Doddakallasandra to Lalbagh in the afternoon. We were a family of 5, +1 (My 7 month old Baby). As I was coming down the escalator holding my Baby, we noticed that the gates towards the exit were shut and due to the huge crowd, people were not able to go anywhere and started coming back up again on the escalator which was moving in the downward direction. Because of this huge rush, some people fell on top of my baby and me. I couldn't move anywhere and couldn't even go back up to protect my baby. My baby was crying because of the heavy weight on him, and how much ever I screamed, no one was able to do anything. Then finally they stopped the escalator, and some wardens came and took the baby from me. I immediately got up, snatched my baby and proceeded to take him up and feed him. We had to check him for wounds. By Gods grace nothing happened, but if something did happen to my baby, who would take responsibility? Why were the gates shut in the first place? Eventually we had to return home. I had bruised my feet and my MIL had bruised her shoulder, got neck and back pain.
