Failure of my metro card top up

As of today morning i have recharged my card with sum of 100 rupes the amout has dedected from my bank but in metro app it is showing failed
Can i know what the issue is and let me know it will refunded or top up to the card it self...

Amount refund request

Hi Team,

i booked metro train ticket from Sandal soap factory to Yeshwantpur (green line from Nagasandra to Silk Institute) i paid amount 90 Rupees instead of paying 30 Rupees, later i asked him, can you change this ticket to Silk institute instead of Yeshwantpur, he told it cant be done, you need to pay remaining 45 at the Silk institute stop, i paid total 90 + 135= 225, i paid extra 60, can you please refund this amountbr...

Me and my friends went to mg road metro station, and we took ticket from Paytm Qr code . While going inside my friend phone having less charge so we took screenshot of the Qr code . Suddenly phone got switched off . So we went to customer service they told, charge the phone and come back, charger is in platform no:3 . So we went to there, they told no charger u go .

Closing timings of station

National College Metro one entrance is closed at 10.10 PM and passengers are diverted to another gate which leads to time extension and painful for passengers...

Unable to cross the road due to BMRCL barricades

Hi BMRCL team,

I'm an resident from Vijaya Bank colony extension, Banaswadi.
Due to metro construction in outer ring road near Banaswadi Hormavu, BMRCL had installed barricades which is causing severe problems for public of Vijaya Bank colony extension Banaswadi peoples.
As there is no sky walk also we are unable to cross the road.
There is a BMTC bus stop on the both side of the roads and due to barricades...

Bangalore metro card-Out exit punch issue

Hi,

I am a regular user of the metro

I was using the metro the other day and as I was going out the metro station, I scanned my card on the exit machine, the exit gates opened and I went through.

But as I tried to go back in the evening my metro card declined. I have come to find out that I had not infact punched out and because of this I was fined Rs.50.

Sir, near jayadeva hospital due to metro construction they made the 1st main vysya bank colony, btm 2nd stage near the GKS residency road as dead end and there is no sign boar due to that lot of vehicles come and stuck in that narrow road, please put the proper sign board for the commuters. Parking station

The parking station at Peenya industrial area has no tar road or proper infrastructure for parking of vehicles. The vehicle will be all dusty by the time we pick it back. Kindly provide good pavement . During rainy season it'll be really difficult to park vehicle in those muddy roads...

Today morning at Attiguppe metro station I was in a hurry to board first metro at 7.05 am so when I just entered metro premises the shutter was 75% opened n when I about you enter inside that shutter suddenly hit my nose part in between my eyes I got injured n started bleeding.
