        Hi,

        I am a regular user of the metro

        I was using the metro the other day and as I was going out the metro station, I scanned my card on the exit machine, the exit gates opened and I went through.

        But as I tried to go back in the evening my metro card declined. I have come to find out that I had not infact punched out and because of this I was fined Rs.50.

        I would request the metro services to please recalibrate all your machines, so as to ensure that this error does not occur again. Please use this small amount of Rs.50 as a donation to fix your crappy machines.

                Sir, near jayadeva hospital due to metro construction they made the 1st main vysya bank colony, btm 2nd stage near the GKS residency road as dead end and there is no sign boar due to that lot of vehicles come and stuck in that narrow road, please put the proper sign board for the commuters.                     The parking station at Peenya industrial area has no tar road or proper infrastructure for parking of vehicles. The vehicle will be all dusty by the time we pick it back. Kindly provide good pavement . During rainy season it'll be really difficult to park vehicle in those muddy roads

                      Recharge not credited to smart card

                      On 15/02/2023 at around 10:00 a.m I tried recharging my namma metro smart card bearing no.                       Not very sure how well will you address my issue and provide me the resolution and close the complaint with clear evidence.

                      To share the standard procedure to be followed by newspaper agency guy.

                      Morning as i tapped the metro card and entered the VIjayanagar Metro station.
                      There was newspaper being placed by the agency guy or metro guy.
                      I grabbed one newspaper from the stand and that guy stopped me from picking the newspaper and mentioned to stop till he takes the photograph, i picked and started to leave, he told to keep it back in a rude way, so angrily i threw the paper on the same stand and that guy started to abuse me with bad language and scolding me as illiterate and harass me badly like a rowdy, and he grabbed my shirt collar and pulled me during which my neck gold chain broke and i lost my gods gold pendent around 8gms at the metro station, which i realized about my broke chain later stage only.
                      Then i left back to pick my train.
                      I would like to understand:-

                      1) What is the process to be followed by the newspaper agency or placing person?
                      2) If there is standard process then why is it not displayed why public is allowed to pick freely?
                      3) Would like to get this process either by RTI act by writing to PIO by paying the relevant fees.
                      4) Where to find the authorization provided by BMRCL/Govt to place the free newspaper(Around 10numbers only)?
                      5) How many number of newspaper should the newspaper person should place inside?
                      6) How many can he handover to metro personnel?

                          I am a regular metro passenger and writing this mail not only for me but also for the other passengers who had to go through this bad embarrassment.

                          Recently in the Baiyappanahalli metro (Old Madras Rd exit) the security is not allowing passengers to wait for their cab or personal vehicles in the shade in the outside of metro premises but instead they are using a microphone to disperse people and forcing them to stand in the road in the hot scorching sun in a unprofessional manner. This is causing traffic as people are standing on the national highway blocking most of the road to wait for their cabs and blocking the vehicle parking entrance of Baiyappanahalli Metro station.

                          Hence I am requesting you to take action against this and allow metro passengers to stand in the shade specially during extreme weather conditions and not to cause traffic by sending passengers to the road.

                            Today morning at Attiguppe metro station I was in a hurry to board first metro at 7.05 am so when I just entered metro premises the shutter was 75% opened n when I about you enter inside that shutter suddenly hit my nose part in between my eyes I got injured n started bleeding. I wore my specks n it also broken, just miss if my specks was not there then my eyes would have got hurt badly.
                            When I tried up online complaint number[protected] but one picked up n imm I got call back from this number +[protected] asking for the concern when I explained that person asked me to pay money to raise a complaint so I got very angry n started scolding him for asking money, then he imm disconnected the call. How dare he can do that when someone has called up to give complaint online.I wanted to raise a complaint on that person who asked me money to take my complaint also need a call back on the same on my number [protected]. Else this will be escalated to next level even after this document complaint.

                              Today I was returning from office by my two wheeler and when passing under the metro station construction site infront of IIM, a metallic object ( seems like a bent rod) fell from above on the head light of the bike, just missing the body. Since there was traffic behind me, I could not stop and inspect. When stopped and inspected at the next junction, found that the headlight glass is broken. Showed this to the traffic police incharge at that junction and he took a photo and told that he will convey this to his counterpart Infront of IIM.
                              Since this could have become a serious issue had it hit on the body and also such incidents are happening frequently, I thought it is my social responsibility to highlight this.
                              Hope, there will be some action on this

                                Last 3 days back i parked my 2 wheeler vehicle in rajarajeshwari nagar parking zone and everyday i park my vehicle in same parking where they is pay and use after my job when i arrived at 9.45 in metro i saw my vehicle and they is no mirror and horn both were removed from locla area culprits and some local people nera by metro station who is watching and doing this robbery about this incident i reported to parking incharge he said he is not aware who did this and he told they are local people near by metro station area who is doing all this and they is a gang who do this no one is they in parking zone

                                i request BMRCL to take strict action on this so in future any big incidents happen and pls warn to parking people to be alert all the time
