Today the security guard informed her colegues to sign proxy signature in attendance book on her behalf at mahakavi kuvempu metro station while going towards nagasandra at around 5:45am and the guards are always sleeping on duty and will stand for two seconds untill the train passes and again go to sleep, the purpose of their deployment is not at all served, the way she behaved while interacting today was very worst and she was speaking to me like as though she is doing some charity by doing her job

Kindly check the cctv footage of today's early morning around 5:45 am on who has signed on the lady guard deployed ..I want strict action to be taken on both of the defaulters

    A female staff at the ticket counter at jayanagar metro station was being very unprofessional and rude while purchasing token for the metro ride when the payment didn't go through on PhonePe and requested an alternative payment method. She behaved very rudely, making handsigns and even threatened us to throw us out when we questioned about her behaviour. This happened at around 4pm on 07.01.2023
    Kindly take necessary action.

        Dasarahalli metro station parking contractors are not providing the receipts for vehicle parking. When you tell will complain to metro they are very arrogant and rude in their behaviour and even threaten.
        There are no parking rate boards and just like that they will ask money

        Pls take necessary action and ask them to behave properly.

          Why the hell do you charge extra for luggage that the passenger is carrying? I am using the same baggage multiple times in metros and why the sudden extra charges applied now even if it’s below the allowable size. This is truly not acceptable. I am very much disappointed with this rule.

          I need the refund initiated immediately and request the authorities to over turn this pathetic rules.

                The supervisor name abhi from bypnahalli metro station taken our things and he is saying he lost it ther we havv cctv camera so pls kindly take action against him n even r the proof tht he has taken the things so pls kindly the things very important pls help

                  A QR ticket was purchased through Namma Metro App. The Metro gate at Vijayanagar failed to scan the same, the staff was rude & irresponsible stating that they cannot help & instead I should contact BMRCL as if they don't represent BMRCL. I had to buy a physical token/ticket as I was in a hurry to catch a train. My QR ticket money went waste. Request refund of the said amount to the source.

                    Hi,

                    Please be informed that a transaction of rs.400 was carried out on 22nd Nov at Ulsoor Metro station against recharge of my metro card but had not been reflected in the BMRCL POS machine.
                    Due to this I had to repay with the my debit card for rs.300 on the same day.

                    Later on it was seen that the initial transaction of Rs. 400 was deducted from my bank account but no recharge was done on my metro card.

                    Request you to refund this deducted amount of rs. 400 to my bank account .

                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                      Address: HBR Layout 5th block Near Forest office ORR

                      I am writing this at 2 AM in the morning. There is loud construction noise in residential area in HBR Layout 5th Block near Biodiversity park close to ORR. The noise made by drilling machine late in night is really unbearable it is affecting our sleep badly, people need to go to work every day without proper sleep. Even elderly & kids are getting badly affected. I am not sure if the BMRCL officials or Govt. really cares about people living around construction area. Please take immediate action to stop construction in this area after 10 PM

                        I have seen multiple people near Magadi Road metro station urinating at the metro property. It has become horrible to walk to the Metro station since it stinks.
                        Action needs to be taken because it says "trespassers will be prosecuted". Either place additional guards or CCTV if action will be taken.
                        It would be great to have a few benches placed so that people sit or just place mobile toilets so that others don't end up making it their public toilet.

                          The metro line from city railway station to magadi main road seems to have an issue. It is extremely noisy. It sounds like 2 metal pieces hitting each other. Not only is it discomforting because of the noise pollution but if it is an issue with the connection it can be a major risk to the lives of the people using the metro and people around it. I have emailed regarding the same to no response.

                          Exact location : Near Seshadripuram college Magadi road, Metro line coming from City railway station to Magadi Road metro.
                          Hope for a resolution soon

                            Its unfortunate that Im writing about this harassment incident from a staff member which took place at attiguppe metro station on[protected] at 9:20 am.
                            I've been travelling on metro for over 2 years now and never was more humiliated than today.Im a student at RNS college located just outside the station with blue uniform.Between 9:10 am to 9:15 I had entered the restroom provided by the facility at attiguppe stop and Im distressed about the fact that a security staff member had to force me to come out of the restroom for staying in about over 10 minutes.I do not undertand why he had to use abusive language and physically push me over such a minute issue when nobody besides him had entered the restroom.He is tall, dark in complexion with a moustache and claimed to be a security member who had seen me enter the restroom well over "40 minutes" on the cctv camera.I would request the authorities to take action against him for his rude behaviour which did not seem like it for the first time.If he stays in his position without facing any consequences I shall not be taking any disrespect the next time and wont be responsible for the physical damages caused to him.

                                  Since last week the escalator to go up to platform 1 sandal soap factory station is unavailable as it is operating downing instead of going upward..
                                  All the metros have escalators to go up ... Only this station platform 1 it's coming down instead of going up...

                                    Hi,
                                    The construction of metro is continuing all night all week at Marathahalli area which is really disturbing as it creates lot of noise.

                                    I support and bare metro construction noises of drilling and machineries but not at NIGHT.

                                    Please consider this.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am a regular traveler from Byappanahalli Metro station to SMVCC metro station.
                                      And every morning at 9am at Byappanahalli Metro station I notice that the baggage screening machine for the ladies section is kept non-functional, which results into a massive queue with just one screening machine.
                                      It's so disappointing to see that we opt for metro to save time and not being able to board in the metro ontime due to mismanagement at the security kiosk.
                                      On enquiring with one of the staff about it, he stated that there are no staff.
                                      I call #BMRCL to investigate the factor if there is indeed a shortage of staffs, if so then why???
                                      If not then where are the staff and why are they not reporting on-time???

                                      It so disheartening to witness my scheduled metro train departing half empty from the station while I am left behind at the security check along with other co-passengers like me.
                                      We live in an era where every minute&seconds is accountable and it is truly not affordable if we are left behind.

                                      It is high time that #BMRCL must study crowd mapping and start enforcing strategical management to control the crowd, before it's too late when all metro starts to function with full optimisation.
