My In law had to use the bathroom at majestic station today, but then after swiping in and while coming out it had problem in letting him out due to time constraints of minimum 5-10 mins
. Not only him there were several others left at one side not being able to swipe out... I don't understand what should one do after his business is done in toilet for 5 to 10 mins. Please resolve this issue

    Recharge Metro card through phonepe

    Hi team,

    On 18th Oct 2022 @ 6.18 pm, I recharged my metro card for Rs.150/- in Vijayanagar metro station through Phonepay.

    Your staff said she did not get any sms but the amount was debited from my account and next day when I checked whether she received the money but she said it is not detecting.

    Please check and revert back.

    Sir I landed at Tallaghtpur 13/11/22 at 10:45 PM and because my ticket was not found, I came to customer service and asked them for 260, because I don't have that much money, I pleaded with them, they said ok, they took 200 and returned 120. Please check and refund my money If you have 80 rupees ticket I see 10 rupees and what is 70 rupees please check and give me back my money He is cheating to me Please Take a action

      Banglore metro is worster tha worst it come 15 min late in morning at 10 and if it come the crowd is too more like no space to stand. I dont know to metro provides seat or not i haven't seen a single seat free and leave about seat just provide ur metro for 5 or6 minute in morning its okay at night bcz the no urgent to go home but we r studing and we will be late like today i waited for 33 minute bcz no single space to keep my leg so i avoided 3 metros which take 11 minute for another like then i got a metro in which i can keep my 2 legs in 😅 but no space to take some air. I know ur providing metro late bcz expenditure will be low and profit will be more but sir we are very sad with your service😔

        Hi Team,

        The metro construction work in Bellandur area continues at 3am also. It's super disturbing and which has severe impact on our personal lives. Government doesn't allow any construction disturbance to happen between 10-7am. Can we pls follow that starting ASAP!?

          Respected Sir,

          With reference to the above subject, entry is prohibited for the passengers from Dr. Ambedkar Metro Station, Vidhanasoudha East Gate since Covid time, only exit is allowed. For entry all the passengers should have to go to the High Court gate. It is high time and during the rainy season it is very difficult to cross the road and make an entry from High Court gate and even there will be a lot of rush during evening time.

          Hence, it is very useful, if you allow entry for passengers in Dr. Ambedkar Metro Station, Vidhanasoudha East Gate. Some Vidhanasoudha Officers and officials have given written representation to the M.D, BMRCL. Please do the needful regarding the same.

            Hi,

            It has been Mandated that With out Mask there is No entry in Metro, But is there any Circulation from the Central or State Government regarding Compulsion of Mask, Because in any other Public Transport there is No Mandate Including In Airport, Railway and RTC, Why it is Mandated in BMRCL, The Staff are Literally Harassing the Old age Passengers, If they come with out mask they are sending Back, If that is the case at least they have to provide the mask if they charge also its fine but how can they send back .

                I have called the cops at night because I have older parents and pets at home and kids in the building i live. From 15/20 days metro work has begun and there’s constant drilling in the night, after the cops intervened they stop and continue the same thing the next night and the night after that which is completely arrogant and ignorant of these guys. The work begins in the morning and there’s no stopping them which is understandable but at night atleast let us sleep for couple of hours, we are unable to work, speak, sleep or do anything with the constant drilling post 11 pm and which goes up until 2/3 am in the morning. I’m fully aware of the high court order that stops you from doing heavy machinery work in the night. If this continues after multiple warning I will file a case and hold you accountable for any disturbance in any of our health. Please stop being so pathetic and let us sleep for 6 hours at night.

                    At Southend circle metro station security was not allowing me to carry chicken in sealed bags, they mentioned it's a new order and directed me to a board asking me to read where it was clearly mentioned that unsealed chicken and mutton is not allowed, they said there is anew order. When I wanted to speak to the senior they mentioned he is not in station and gone for rounds

                        Payment deduction refund

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        I tried to recharge my metro card on 21/09/2022 at Vijayanagar Metro Station, Bangalore. It shown pending and I tried 3 more times with a total of 4 attempts, but all the attempts tried were shown pending. On asking the metro station help desk they said it will be refunded within 3 days and they also assured that payment is not deducted. But after 3 days all the 4 payment attempts made were successful. 2 days...

                        Ticket counters are closed in weekends even when the passenger footfall is high. This is causing inconvinience to the commuters. This shows that BMRCL is not considerate towards the commuter's precious time. We had to wait for 20 minutes.

                          Lost card balance transfer to new card

                          There should an option of transferring the balance of old card to new card if the card is lost. I don't understand way why the system is not upgraded yet. The city is recognised with the great name called "metro city". And also called as Namma Metro.

                          Request to fix this issue, as many would be facing....

                          Address: Yeswanthpur pur metro station.

                          We hav reached metro station 5 am but there is no staff for ticket issue.
                          All the ticket counters has been closed and 45 min n delayed. Worst experience huge rush as of station near by. Staff issue

                              I was traveling from Mantri Square to Jalahalli by Metro. While exiting the card shows "exit mismatch" at Jalahalli, so I asked at the lady on adjacent counter and shown her the card. She's checked and after sometime she started yelling that you should have go immediately when you put the card on scanner. I told her to be calm and told her the gates were not opening. Then the other person in her cabin helped to open the gate, but he was also taking her side. I couldn't understood what wrong happened and why such behaviour of both employees with the passenger.
                              I request you to train these employees on how to behave politely with the passengers and respect them.

                                On September 15-22, a complaint was lodged online against a young woman named Ramya who was working at Vajarahalli metro station for behaving rudely. Please let us know what action you have taken on it. The existence of such persons causes great trouble to the masses. Please request MRCL office to take strict action

                                  BMRCL is carrying out digging operation near Byatarayanapura in the night around 1 am to 5 am. The noise is so intense that most of the residents are feeling uneasy and sleeplessness. Kindly take some action on this. We have 2 hospitals also in the premises.
