Sir, the above referred card could not deduct the amount in my last travel during exit without my notice and the gate opened and I moved out of Attiguppe metro station. It was purely the mistake of the machine. and I was unaware of this. But today when I tried to use the card it failed and I had to pay a penalty of Rs 100/ to regularise, for the mistake not done by me.

How can I move out of a metro station If the gate is not opened? How can I overstay inside a Metro station. The mistake is only by the machine at Metro station and not by me. I kindly request you to consider the issue and arrange to add the Rs 100/ paid by me to the balance amount in the card.

    When I went to recharge my card at vajrahalli metro station this morning the young woman in customer care said that I can recharge at the ticket counter hand behaved road name saying that it is not payable to recharge here when the security guard who was there again asked the name of the young woman he said that the young women's name was Ramya.
    The hung women those not now how to talk to the customer please request them to the appropriate action they see the customer as their family member.
    They say that we can recharge went to the work is urgent they don't know that there is customer care. Everyone does this kindly the request them to the take action against vajrahalli metro station customer care Ramya.

    On September 15-22, a complaint was lodged online against a young woman named Ramya who was working at Vajarahalli metro station for behaving rudely. Please let us know what action you have taken on it. The existence of such persons causes great trouble to the masses. Please request MRCL office to take strict action

        Here in National college metro station, Bengaluru. Staff at ticket counter never attends/interacts the individuals properly, either they would be gossiping, looking into the mobile phones for minutes, always argues on returning the change amount, even though they have it, due to these behaviour and carelessness of staff always I'll have to wait for longer time on ticket counter and missing scheduled trains... Very disappointed with this behaviour please take action as soon possible.

          I was travelling from nagasandra metro to Sandal soap factory, The faculty collected 200 Rs and told that we didn't give even we have asked to check CCTC they didn't do it and collected extra 200 Rs.

            I am really upset with this employees they are very rude, doesn't know to give respect to passanger, they shows there faces to aged people, before hiring employees they should be trained well .

              The following is my compalint:
              My meteor card was damaged and hence I had to buy a new metro card at the Sriramapura metro rail station. THis was in the month of February 2022. The counter gave me a receipt with the old damaged card number as I had a balance of over 450 rupees on the surrendered card. They promised that the transfer will happen in 5-6 weeks.               The ladies sitting on the recharge counter of jallhalli cross metro station, I guess they have lot and lot to talk about their life. on their workspace, so careless that they put extra money, I told to to recharge for 100 they allegedly put 200. Is BMRCL going down in loss, so they are using this strategy to gain money. Kindly solve this issue, or if I face next time I'll sue you guys for sure...!!!

                Today at 7.37 am when I was running late for my work, I didn't see the escalator wasn't working and I started walking on it. The security gaurd started abusing me and was very rude. We do pay for the escalator and it is our right to use it.
                This incident happened at south end circle. Please look into it. The security gaurd has no right to abuse.

                  If male senior citizen in ladies compartment is not allowed then they should remove the sticker from it.
                  This is a harassment for a senior citizen to face by the security people and whole team of metro Bangalore.

                    We were waiting at Nagasandra metro station at 8.24pm, 14th August. The train came but the metro attendant didn't let us enter the train and the train went away empty. I would like to know what is the reason behind that. I was in hurry to reach home and this was a great delay and inconvenience.

                          At 1720hrs on 27/7/22 at Cubbon Park Station I was not allowed to enter by Security because I was carrying Cigarette pocket and a Match Box. When I told them that only compressed gas ie. Lighter, is not allowed as per the Board kept at the Entrance. I was humiliated in front of others and was not allowed till, I disposed them. Please clarify whether consumer can carry cigarette and match Box. I was not carrying them to smoke.

                            I checked the card balance before recharging it was 76Rs then at Mahalakshmi layout metro station I gave 100Rs note for recharge at the counter.The staff at the counter recharged only for 50Rs and didn't give change.Since I was in hurry to catch train I didn't recheck the card balance.Later while checking out I found card balance was not appropriate. Travel fare was 26Rs and balance was 99Rs.If the staff had recharged for 100Rs then balance would have been 150Rs after journey. Staff neither gave 50Rs change nor recharged for complete 100Rs.
                            Kindly take strict action against those staff who loot the public money.

                                The metro employees are the most disrespectful people, especially the ones in the ticket counters, they behave like they don't know what they are doing, absolutely pathetic, no network, digital payments are not working at all, rude behaviour, just very horrible experience. The Metro corporation is just a waste and provides very poor experience to commuters.

                                  I live in apartment adjacent to ORR. My office also is located adjacent to ORR some Kilometres away from home. I am taking min 3 hours a day commuting from home-office-home. I feel horrible and get irritated when I reach office or home due to traffic snarls caused due to metro work. At home there is loud noise always due to metro work near apartment. Any which way there is no respite for me from nuisance of metro work in morning on road or in evening or at home or at office………

                                  I am requesting the so-called great BMRCL to close all roads in Bangalore for decades and do your metro work till your satisfaction. At least we will get some respite from going on to road due to work. you can do your work peacefully. At least we will have peace. This way irritation of spending time on road is reduced and morning part of irritation is avoided.

                                  First, I am not sure why are you doing metro work on ORR, it is not even full stretch. It is in bits and pieces. Anyway, there is no last mile connectivity, so you do it or don’t do it doesn’t make any value addition. All you are doing is play... we are spending more time on road in heavy traffic, high fuel consumption, frequent tyre punctures due to nails and metal scarp you leave on roads... use some sense Pl and give a thought...

                                  As of this is not sufficient, your big lorries and cranes take more space on road and create more irritation. Your actions are causing accidents on roads and further contributing to traffic jam and congestion. I am paying tax to govt, paying tax on high fuel charges and bearing your nuisance.

                                  I want revert from you what will you do to avoid this situation as you will taken min 5 yrs to compete the work.

                                    Thing is morning time train @6:52 will not give sufficient time to get in train
                                    means at least 2min should be door to open
                                    But they are closing with in a min it's really bad sir / madam even they can see who are all Coming and getting in through mirror
                                    If something bad happens means u ppl can't take responsibility so better instruct the person who are driving the metro this is sincere request
                                    At least give time to get in metro

                                      It's hard to find change and cash now a days. For people who dont frequently use metro cannot afford metro card and should always pay via cash and we are out of required change. So kindly provide online payment option such as UPI
