I have recharged Rs. 200 for metro card number [protected] via Namma metro app on[protected], payment ID for the same being [protected], the transaction showed successful but the balance was not redeemed. When enquired in customer care of the metro, I was told, it would happen automatically within 7 working days, it's been 34 days, and there is no proper response from the metro team and today, on 24.03.2021, I was told the amount is not at all received by the metro team and to complain online. I m finding v difficult to rely on online recharge of Namma metro app as it is causing inconvenience to the passengers. Kindly redeem the recharged amount as soon as possible. Thank you.
