Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [BMRCL] — Refund: Amount debited but not received QR ticket

Date of incident: 18th Aug 2024
I tried to book 3 tickets from Jayanagar to Mahalakshmi using Whatspp - Namma Metro. I paid through UPI - Google pay. The amount of Rs. 99.75 got debited but got the message :
"Apologies. The ticket booking has failed. If money was deducted it will be refund to the source with 7 working days"

Till today, 01/09/2024, I have not received the refund amount.
Please issue the refund for Rs. 99.75.
