Hi,
My house painting was completed on[protected] at Kandivali East - Mumbai 400101, and payment was made in full.
1. Within a month crack started developing in 6 walls. Berger Representative Hitendra Shukla (Mobile: [protected] and [protected]) and the Contractor Mr. Nitin (Mobile [protected]), visited my house on[protected], inspected the walls and informed the walls were having defects and the affected areas need to be grinding and repainting again. Also was advised to wait till and heavy rain sets in and check if more areas get affected. So I am supposed to revert to the contractor around[protected].
2. I got the affected walls examined by our societies structural engineers. They opined that the cracks were due to putty not allowed to dry properly before applying paint.
3. After proper rains in July22, Approached Salesperson & Contractor ob WhatsApp on[protected]. Thereafter by email & Twitter complaint on[protected].
No response. Now salesperson is not taking calls also.
