My reference no is 224744 dtd[protected]. We have got the roof completely water proof done. With in 5 months, leaked & done water proofing again. No use. I have lot of problems. I am writing regarding the delay and unsatisfactory painting work at No 53, Ragavendra Nagar, IOB Colony, Vadavalli, Coimbatore 641041 and bring to your attention the following issues:

Miscommunication and Lack of Work
Work pace is no longer acceptable nor tolerable
Not completing the work within the timeline
This poor performance has resulted in creating many other problems on the project
Painting work is not completed even though payment was settled fully

I have tried to contact your business team and speak with the relevant person, but have had no luck so far.

I got a job done for waterproofing and Painting by berger expert painting.Now I am facing issues with painting job that was done on 21 september 2021 with Job Id: LD[protected] from the executive Nikhilesh Sharma. I tried reaching him multiple times and whatsapp him but no one is coming to check the site.Before the painting job he said that it is under warranty but now no one coming.
Can you please escalate this matter and solve the issue.

I had got roof water proofing done at the roof of my top floor flat at 1314 Block 4 Express Garden 6 Vaibhavkhand Indirapuram Ghaziabad UttarPradesh 201014, on March 2022 from Berger Paints. Their below mentioned representative had got the work done

The roof is still leaking. Please see an attached picture of the ceiling after rain event for the last few days. I tried to contact the persons and they have stopped responding to my calls. This is not expected from the representative of an esteemed company like Berger. After the work was performed on March they had promised that there would not be any leakage issues for at least 8 years and it has started leaking after the first rain event in less than 6 months.

I have paid Rs 50000 for the work, payment was made to the Berger applicator's account, receipts are attached. I had raised a complain on 25.09.2022 through the Berger Consumer Care number and a Complain is registered, complain no. SR[protected], but no one from Berger paints contacted me. I want Berger to rectify/repair the works immediately.

I had taken easy clean painting service for my 2 BHK flat. Earlier it was promised by the contractor named babu reddy that he will finish the painting in 3 days. since day one he was continuously troubling us saying he will not paint the ceiling, he will paint bathroom with ordinary paint. Painter has to wait at the site for him to provide paint without any work since he dint buy paint for balcony and bathroom. 3rd he started telling he could not buy paint due to festival and now he can not finish it by agreed timeline. 4rth day he started blaming painter that they are not finishing work. I had selected peach color for master room but he bought some dark color as shown in the image. i asked them to make it light color as shown in the cataligue for that they charged me 700 rupees extra. painter dint cover kitchen, curtain rods many things and all those have got paint on it. Painter dint even clean the areas where they have spoiled with paint. geyser, exhauter, tiles everything has paint marks. lastly, I asked contractor to buy dark color for POP ceiling but he started shouting on me saying he cant buy paint and he can not paint ceiling and asked to deduct money from the quotation. painter painted some random color to ceiling without any proper finishing which looks very dirty in the hall. quotation amount was 28000 but finally I ended up paying 31000. I am a working mother of twins and contractor dint even bother to come and check if painting is done properly. Each day Inhad to check each painted corner and ask painter to fix the bubbles. Hands off to berger will never ever recommend berger service to anyone. Hope Berger paint will take proper action against the contractor so that it will not happen with the other customer

We have chosen Burger Paints to paint our house in Kolkata Tollygunge. Interior and exterior too. During the painting of the ground floor our room skirting was not properly done and promised by the paint contractor and the Berger paint customer executive that it will be done again after few months as well promised that as we have taken 10 years long lasting paints and at least one year warranty by the painter which is not fulfilled by the...

After buying all items in berger paimys they dint give me bill saying system goy stuck send leave and etc.. hoe u will help your consumer.. I have cheated from your employee of berger paints around 40k.. I'm wondering will give primer in 0616 color type.. even water also mixed from their said.. I'm telling its a fraud.. u have to fix it cc footage in each and every branch.. u will got know how much fraud is happening.. forget about educated...

Company's Reputation.They only know how to lie and deceive the customer.I will tell you one such example. I am RATNESH SAHU- from Jabalpur MP. I will register A service related before 5 months. And After A day I have call from Burger Paint behalf Mr. Shantanu Ghosh from Jabalpur. and this is very Big mistake from my side, I decide to take service from Burger Paint on Behalf Shantanu Ghosh. very poor service from Burger Paint....

I used Berger paints to paint my house 3 years back. I had preferred your brand over Asian paints even though it was more expensive since you provided us with a 10 year warranty. But my walls were covered in fungus just after 6 months and complaints were send right away.The paints were purchased from Safiya paints in Pilathara, Kannur District, Kerala. Till date the issue has not been resolved and I am extremely disappointed in your service. I Hereby request you to do the needful As soon as possible.

I am sasikumar, availed your express painting during Mar-Apr 2021. The painting was carried out in interior as well exterior of the house and the bill was settled as per your terms and conditions. The warranty is 5 years for interior and Ten years for exterior.

Now, just after completing one year, the painting in the interior where wall shield (2 coats) and water shield putty has been applied, has started coming out from the wall.

The complaint was informed to your exicutive ( Me Sujeesh - +[protected] and he visited the house alongwith an expert said to be from your company' and the contractor who carried out the work.

I have been informed by the exicutive that your company is informed the complaint by email by him. Despite many days nothing could be heard.

The matter is to be resolved immediately.

We have done the water proofing 9 months ago. Now the water leak is bigger than what it was earlier. The person is not attending the calls after seeing the site. Hence request you to look in to the matter

Berger Representative Hitendra Shukla (Mobile: [protected] and [protected]) and the Contractor Mr. Nitin (Mobile [protected]), visited my house on[protected], inspected the walls and informed the walls were having defects and the affected areas need to be grinding and repainting again. Also was advised to wait till and heavy rain sets in and check if more areas get affected. So I am supposed to revert to the contractor around[protected].

2. I got the affected walls examined by our societies structural engineers. They opined that the cracks were due to putty not allowed to dry properly before applying paint.

3. After proper rains in July22, Approached Salesperson & Contractor ob WhatsApp on[protected]. Thereafter by email & Twitter complaint on[protected].

No response. Now salesperson is not taking calls also.

The exterior paint of Berger used to paint the compound wall that promised 10 year warranty is getting mouldy hardy 1 month after painting was completed.

Dear Sir, it is with great regret that iam informing you that i gave my farm house indoor painting to mr Hemant of boisar area and he completed the job within the stipulated time frame.there were some issues in mis communication and thus i paid some extra moneys to him to resolve the matter which was done to my satisfaction.
within a period of 2 months from completion, i found a big crack and bubbling in the paint near my master bedroom and i sent Mr hemant bhunbhune [protected]. since i sent him the picture he has refused to take any responsibility and has not even visited the site to see the issue and discuss the problem.this is totally unprofessional on the part of Berger Paints and their vendor and i wish to take up this complaint very seriously and with top management if nothing is addressed soon.
i will be at the farm house in Boisar from the 5th of august evening till the 7th of august morning, friday evening to sunday morning.i do hope some one from your end will come and look at the problem and assist in resolving the same.

Hello Berger Team -

This is in regards to painting work being done at our place . Our current level of frustration is something that cannot be expressed on complaint form but still would try to explain .

The work which was promised to be completed within 30 days has been extended to 62 days with no rhyme and reasons (being a customer i acknowledge a delay of 2 days but what was promised is not at all delivered...

and I was assured to complete the job within 2 days again after the supervisor visit and now after 10 days they have come back asking another two days.

My villa is 30/40s space only. Now after covering 62days not even half job done how long I have to suffer? Since the planned day to move-in is already gone.

Done waterproofing last year but it should be renamed as berger waterleaking, nothing happened and i wasted my rs 38000, i wanted refund as the berger paint quality strength is zero, no meaning of 5 years warranty as paint strength is zero....

I am an architect and used berger paints and my 2 recent projects and very disappointed by the service it has hardly been 3 months an the paint is chipping off. also contacted the dealer and there is no help regarding the matter

i would request a repair or alternate solution for this issue as soon as possible. that would make the discission of choosing berger paints again for the future projects easy
