Uthethical worker, unprofessional, worst products, zero experience, zero knowledge of procedure,
It is disgusting to review about BERGER paints brand, who have taken the contract to do full painting of the house
I gave 1.75 lakhs from Berjar Company to paint my house. The company did not provide any service of any kind. They do not have any cleaning equipment of the company. There is also a material for painting, they bring one or two kilogram boxes. Is this how the whole house gets painted? When we speak to clean the day after tomorrow, they say that it is not our job.
We will pack everything and give you a clean and tidy room at home. There is no supervision from the side of the company. No one comes to see how the paint is being done.oeqi

Within 3 months, our house exterior paint tunred with black dots, which is unacceptable, when complaint they initially repainted but again the same issue -

After BERGER EXPERTIE REVIEW THEY MENTIONED THAT THIS IS DUE THE COCUNUT TREES !!

In KERALA YOU HAVE MORE COCUNUT TREES, THEN I SUGGEST BERGER TO STOP BUSINESS IN KERALA

I given contract for paiting my new duplex house. Which included paiting of wall, ceiling, exterior paiting, paiting for compound wall and crack filling (if any) etc.

The work was not completed for house warming but after lot of struggle major work was only done, cleaning was also not done properly. But after multiple follow up cleaning was done.

It's been 3 month since the contractor is not turning up to complete the pending work. Here are the issue,

Compound wall paiting is pending in two side.
Only one quote paiting is done belowStaircase.
Cracks are not filled properly
Only one quote paiting is done in one of the Ceiling part.
Rubbing is not done well, the sand paper marks are still visible in many places (it was told that after the Pooja touch up will be done for such cases)

Full payment was taken before completing the work.

Kindly help to resolve the issue

I am Prabhath from Thrissur-Kerala. unfortunately i am Berger consumer. i did my house complete painting through the Berger express. With the supervision of Berger team. after one year I registered the complaint with the customer support and they send the technical team and they inspected. and find out the there is fungal effected inside and outside also. Each and everything when I called customer support they said the problem resolved. and they will reopen the case. now last 3 year i am struggling with issue. and i used the paint as they said weather coat long last 7 year . as per their advertisement also they mention no fungal and no moss. but my house effected.complete moss and fungual with in oneyear itself. kindly do the needful otherwise arrange the moneyback.
its a clear consumer cheating case. they offers the warranty and there is no support also.

Note:-you can see the issue i raised previously also. there is no action against they taken.

My home was painted in March 2021 with berger paints - long life ten - by company authorised painters - (Lead ID : LD[protected], estimate No 054794) . But with in 8 months fungal attack seen in many places. Colour fading and dirt accumulation also noted. Company assured a life of 10 years. But with in months the colour is getting faded. I have spent extra money than usual for getting my home painted by company experts. But I am deeply disappointed now with the very poor performance of your paints. Kindly do the needful.

Painting quality is very poor. Walls crack and dump is showing. In door, paint is showing bubble.

Supervisor is not picking up call...

I had requested a site visit from Berger paints for which I received a call from the customer care executive (Calcutta).
The person spoke in Hindi and kept on asking questions for which I had asked if he could speak in English.He asked me sarcastically why I didn't know the regional language Hindi and kept on insisting that i learn Hindi.This isn't the way a customer should be treated.Tge site visit request was from Chennai and obviously there should have been a person speaking in English or Tamil.but there was none.i had a very bad experience with Berger paints and would like to receive an apology call atleast

Recently I have did painting at my new flat at Thane by berger paint service. There is no finishing in painting work. Supervisor did not visit frequently and check the quality. It's worse than local painting service. Please do the needful in this regard.

I have availed bergre services for waterproofing and painting at my home. The whole assignment got over on January however within one month paints have started peeling off from wall. This is the third complaint I'm registering as earlier ones had inappropriate response from supervisor and his team. I request for an early solution.

This is in regards to painting work being done at our place . Our current level of frustration is something that cannot be expressed on complaint form but still would try to explain .

The work which was promised to be completed within 10/15 days has been extended to 25 days with no rhyme and reasons (being a customer i acknowledge a delay of 2 days but what was promised is not at all delivered and scared if this can be delivered soon - request you to pls expedite in any ways but pls close this ASAP- house is in a mess and work is being done repetitive hampering all at home .

We have shown the quality of the work done at our place to the supervisor and contractor and situation today is that we have started feeling that our previous work was far better.

There is no guidance provided on color themes best suited which is another frustration. Truly speaking today what we have is not at all what we were looking for . We have seen so much claims and assurances that were made when we were looking for the work to be started, team committed on good quality, fast work and best suited interiors.

We trusted Berger paints and approached with confidence of getting good quality work done but seriously our expectations are not even near to meeting expectations.

Can we expect someone to visit our home and look at the quality of the work and how dull it has started looking now.Can we get some interior designer provide the right color combination as stated before starting the work and also well said on your site as well.

Again want to trust the team and hope our grievances will be heard and answered.

I have done my painting and damp proofing in October. These guys use paint stainer of asian paint and I chose berger silk glamour and that contractor painted easy clean with stain when I noticed this, then he painted with silk glamour.Within 2 months of painting paint peel off which is looking very bad.I soon told this problem to Berger paint contractor Roshan and site manager Ashish who did my painting work. After so many calls and messages he visited my place in January and send his workers after 10 days. They peeled damp portion again and left it saying they will visit after 3 days. Now its being 20 days those guys didn't came to complete that work. Again No response to calls and messages.
I request berger paints to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Based on the Berger company advertisement of long lasting and guaranteed water proofing\Damp proof painting, I have opted to paint my house at PALA (Karthikam, Chethimattom, Pala-686575, Kottayam District, Kerala State) with the Berger Express painting.
Accordingly Mr.Hari Narayanan, Berger Company Customer Executive visited my house and gave me a Painting quotation amounting to Rs:2, 25, 000/=under Lead ID:[protected]. The Company approved Contractor Mr:Ajeesh VR completed the entire painting work on 12.03.2020 and gave me the completion Certificate.

Within 6 months from the date of job completion, the ground floor two Bed room walls and first floor Main hall wall showed damages though
Water proofing is said to have done. The reason may be due to inferior quality materials used/poor workmanship.
I have repeatedly contacted Mr.Hari Narayanan, Customer Executive since September 2020 and after a long delay he came along with the Company Technician and inspected the walls with meter etc.., and took photographs of the walls three times at different intervals (long delay explained with the reason “COVID”), last on 13.01.2022. And each time they promised to rectify the defects within a few days. I have also contacted the contractor Mr:Ajeesh VR and he also inspected the walls on 29.01.2022. But till date no action is taken neither by the Company Customer Executive Mr.Hari Narayanan nor the Contractor Mr.Ajeesh VR to rectify the defects.
It seems that the Berger Company guarantee advertisement on quality of their materials/workmanship is just a business strategy and the Company Customer Executive and the Contractor fooled me after collecting Rs:2.25, 000/= for “Berger Painting”.
Under the above circumstances, I would like to have your office interference to initiate necessary action to get the faulty/ poor painting /defects rectified at the earliest.

For the dealership I contacted Mr. Manosh Das ( sso) 14th December 2020, he told me that he will give me dealership and wrote down all formalities in a paper, till now I have the paper .After covid and improvement of pandemic situation again I have contracted MR. Partha Bannerjee(SSO) on 3rd dec 2021 . He also told me that will give me a dealership. After that he wrote down all the formalities in a paper . He told me that ‘’ You will have to purchase a separate computer system to run Berger paints tinting software ‘’ After confirmation I have purchased a separate system . Then contracted Mr. Partha Bannerjee on 10th january 2022. He is ignoring me at present . I need materials for retail on a regular basis .I am totally disappointed after facing Berger paint’s (Kolkata brunch) sso & area manager’s unprofessional behavior . I can not understand who is area manager HARANATH PAINT or Mr. Subhra sarkar .Everyone deserves good and genuine behavior, kindly let me know when it will start . I have all the proofs and chat details sent below .

I signed a contract with Berger to repaint my house of 2700 Sqft. on 15-Dec-2021.

As per the contractor the job was completed on[protected], the faults and mismatch of color are still on my walls, the following are the listed defects identified;

1. Color mismatches - Lipstain 1D1975 (Pink) Different shades appear when applied for touch-up.

2. Color mismatches - Toddler Pink 1T 2836 Different shades when applied with spray paint and roller brush.

3. Agreed for complete painting which includes, steel structure, cupboards, inside cupboards, boundary walls, doors and windows etc. but every time I have to tell them to paint this, paint that, if not they won't do.

4. Supervision of the project is supposed to be the responsibility of CE & Contractor but every time I have to jump-in to advise them. otherwise a big miss-up.

5. The painters were not regular, kept on rotating or experimenting with different painters everyday, and had to explain the job on a daily basis.

6. As per agreement 1 coat primer + 2 coats, but on outside walls it was only 1 coat primer & 1 coat weatherproof paint, as per the contractor if spray paint applied each one coat enough.

7. The floor tails were painted before the completion of other painting works and after completion the floor tiles were found dirty, with stains from other paints.

8. I have recorded a feedback on the berger paint app, but as of now no response or follow-up calls have been received, except the CE, who himself is helpless in this regard.

Mr Rajesh Sapkale & Prabhakar Gayakwad your painting contractors have cheated us on our site at Bhiwandi Bhumi World. Its More than 40000 sqft 3 floor site for which shade were selected from Emulsion Base, contractor completed 1st floor with Emulsion paints, and 1st & 2nd floors coloring he used Distemper paint, and climes to used Emulsion paint.. There were all untrained labor, No equipments of your berger were used against which we had complained on 5th January 2022 on call for which they had NO RESPONSE. When we called services center for it they said your issue is solved. No person from berger visited the place nor anyone called me.. and it was marked solved. After completing about this automatically solved issue Vind Desai sir visited the place understood the problem, clicked photos but has not submitted any observations report on this.. we find this very unprofessional. There is some manipulation happening in your internal team to hide someones mistakes. We want your kind attention on this and a mail or call for the next action.

I used berger paint for my newly constructed house. with in a week air bubbles are there in few places.

You all seem to be working on auto mode as no one is willing to resolve the complain raised for work done in faridabad.
Got waterproofing done with 5 years warranty from your executive but within an year seepage visible again and no one wants to fix.

I ordered 2 stencils from shop.bergerpaints.com on 21st December 2021 3:34 pm.
But the order has not even been shipped yet, let alone actually delivered. Now I am fearing if it will even get delivered. I cannot find how to cancel the order and I cannot find how to get them to ship the order either. Called customer care few times, they always say wait 2 more days, it will get delivered but the order is not getting shipped still. And I am starting to fear I will keep waiting and it will not come.
I want my order of stencils to get delivered to me ASAP.
