I got the painting work done in 2018 end. I was told that they are giving 5 year warranty.
During pre-sales I have clearly shown the dampness marks to the pre-sales team and they assured that it will not occur again. After one year the same problem occurred. Now when I complained vide complaint no Complaint || Lead Request ID - LD[protected].

The delivery of products to my shop deliver after 4 days of billing. Getting dealer price according to August 2021 and the mrp on product is of 2020. Getting a profit margin in single digit. The company told me to return the product and get a new one. This whole process take 8-9 days and sometimes more than 15 days. Can't afford to loss a customer by waiting 15 days.
