I have raised complaint again and again but no one is replying .If this is the case with the Company .People should go with the local vendor to do the paint work . This is the 1st time in my life had gone for Burger and thought that they would be professional and do the good work don't have to look as of the local vendor . But i had very bad experience and it seems that I would have gone for local vendor at least i could catch hold of them . I have been repeatedly calling the sales guy and the contactor and wrote mail to u also so many times . All are behaving in the same matter that you cheat the people and vanish .We have banned in our society that no one should go with Burger .They are the cheaters and you will never get the desired result with them.

Firstly, the people working were completely unprofessionals. The person incharge here ( Mr. Abdur Rehman) visited and filled the customer copy with just the services we are taking and the amount, which actually was to be filled with the details like cracks, p.h etc.

I am getting Painting work contact through your Customers Excutive Mr. YOGESHKUMAR JIKADRA, My Painting Work done in OCTOBER-NOVEMBER-2020, But till date I am not getting Bill Copy from your Company.
I am also getting so many times communication at your CUSTOMER CARE for getting Bill Copy, but your Customers Care Excutive is not getting Seriously intrested to Solve my Problem/Quary.

I hv raised compain about my paint quqlity and color since sep-2020. Regullarly sendin mails, txt over social media. But alway harashing me by all means. 5 times technician visit to my place n share assurance to resolution. But yet nt recieved resolutiom. Area fiels manager has been threatning me to not raised you issue and all. I an very upset and unhappy. Me nad my family is suffring now due to only berger company. Plz refer the my sr request numbers.Plz plz help me otherwise we will take unnatural step toward me then all responsed goes to berger paint only. Really i am in very tens now days only due to berger paint.

This is under Kollam (Kerala) region. Trusting the brand and promises of the company for EXPRESS PAINTING I did not ask for details in deep but only selected the most expensive top weather coat long life 10 years for exterior and silk breath easy for interior.
The BDO visited the site in the beginning.
Whenever I called to report the inferior work, rarely he came. It is some four months the work is done. He had promised me over 20 times in these four months that he would come to see the problems; but never came. Every time he give some or other lame excuses.
A month back, a staff came to see the work. He has seen the dirty work but no news thereafter.
Did not receive a preview (gave excuses)
Did not upload/update the estimate.
Did not upload all the payments made in spite of repeated reminders
Did not attend to any complaints including paint drops on car
Tried to contact the Kollam Office, but the land phone doesn’t work and when it rings no one picked it.
The BDO and the Contractor are aware that I did repainting the most visible areas with different brand and extra labour charges.

MOST DISSATISFIED - even one star cannot be awarded.

I booked a consultation with your firm for painting of my house having a number (LD[protected]. But after fixing a time slot by your executive to visit my home, no one visited my residence despite I made a phone call to him but in vain. Really poor service from your side. I changed my mind now to get my house painted from Berger because there are many more who provide you a better service.

We painted our house with Berger paint. But quality is very poor. Paint peeled from wall after one week. I have informed the shop and berger representatives several times on time but no response and solutions.

My complaint is marked as RESOLVED...whereas the problem is still NOT SOLVED

Berger rep. visited our home and at last agreed to supply only the paint for rectifying the problems raised by us and reluctant to do the painting job.
As per berger representative the labor charges for doing the job need to be paid by us, as we have already paid the charges for the paint material and service in 2017 and not ready to pay it again.


MY ORIGINAL SUBMITTED COMPLAINT FOLLOWS:

My newly built home painting was done by Berger in June, 2017 and the condition of the exterior and interior got worsened after around 1 year and I had complained about this to the Berger representative in April 2019 and no action was taken then.
After repeated complaints to him and Berger customer team, their repr Mr Shihab and painting contractor Mr. Baiju visited in JULY 2019...and nothing has happened until today.

The compound wall is totally affected by the weather, bubbles are seen all over the area and formation of fungi and the white color of the wall became dark green, and in some areas the paint are totally washed away in the rain.
I have already reported this to Berger Repr. Mr Shihab and the contractor Mr Baiju and then contacted the customer care but, no response from their side yet.

Contrary to Berger claims in the advertisements the walls are completely devastated, and really in pathetic condition worse than the job done by a local painter with low quality paint.
I'm getting enormous pressure from my family and neighbors to repaint it soon.

Please clarify whether Berger company provides any guarantee for their product /service, or whether your responsibility completes once the job got completed... !!

Arising out of my deep faith in the quality of Berger Paints I entrusted with the works of painting of my flat upon Berger Paints Ltd. My request was confirmed on 5.10.2020 and accordingly, Mr. Suprabhat Das and Samiran Gharami were appointed as Customer Executive and Painting Contractor respectively by the Company and the job was identified as LD[protected] for Rs. 32782/-. My job was completed on 29.10.2020. The very next day(30.10.2020) I found to my great surprise that some swellings/blisters appear on lower part of an wall which are becoming bigger and bigger day after day. It is to be mentioned in this connection that high rate of charge was levied for this wall because it is highly damaged. The above facts were submitted as feedback report from customer, Berger Express Painting App and the Customer Executive and Painting Contractor were contacted again and again but no fruitful result. I am in deep shock and anxiety as my wall painting got damaged immediately after painting completed for a consideration of Rs. 32782/-.

Dear team,
We had applied burger long life paint at outside of our house. It has been only 4 year's we had applied the paint but now it has been found that bubbles are formed at the wall, and paint started removing.
So I kindly suggest you for required rectification.

I contact Berger Express painting to paint my flat with it as well as of waterproofing with berger dampstop from 2 Jan 2021. But the contractor didn't complete the work still 2 wall with texture band some part of roof need to paint. They took money and does not respond till now. Very frustrated with contractor and Berge executive Dhruv (Faridabad). Dhruv said he doesn't have the paint roller tool (texture tool) we opt for and can't help. You give extra money to someone else and opt for any other design.

I had contract with Berger Express painting, to paint my apartment with it as well as of waterproofing with berger dampstop. But the product didn't work properly I am seeing the dampness entirely in areas where they applied dampstop.

And the contractor didn't complete the work still 1 wall and some part of roof need to paint, it's been more than 1 month they took money and does not respond till now. Very frustrated with contractor and Berger Tirupati executive Somasekhar.

Please take necessary action and complete my work immediately.

Hello Dr Arun Khatavkar residing at Sunder Nagar Kalina Santacruz east Mumbai 400 098 entered in a painting contract of exterior and interior of my house with your Berger representative Mr Ram Bagwe. He introduced us to Mr Vikas Ingle as contractor whose associate was Mr Sashikant Jadhav. The initial payment done the work commenced on 16th November 2020. In one weeks work observation pattern I noticed a tremendous difference in the assurances given and work done. Every day a new worker is on site None of the workers maintained and wore protection gears during this Civil pandemic. At the end of the day the mess is left without cleaning. Last 7 days I am after them to clear the rabit but left at the house entrance. The sub contractor visits the site only once a day and then all is left to the workers with no supervision. I am surprised that no Berger representative visited the site inspite of repeated contacts with the concerned persons . I spoke with Mr Parab to explain the situation who said will get back in 10 minutes but ultimately I had to call him after waiting 24 hours who gave me the Contact of Mr Sagar Chougule and told me to contact him. This is a complete unprofessional approach of the team of Berger paint as a group and I am shocked of their functioning. Hope the concerned authorities look into this and think of the customer satisfaction. Dr Arun Khatavkar

I entered into agreement with Berger Paints via contractor Sougata Paul ( mob--[protected]/[protected]), on 16.11.19 to paint the inside walls of my flat at 10, Sitanath Banerjee lane, Flat no.-102, Block-E, Shibpur, Howrah-711103. The total consideration was Rs.57000.00, including Anti dampener Wall Shield . However, immediately after completion of the work, flaking out of paints from certain areas of wall was noticed. This was brought to the notice of the contractor on 29.11.19. He assured me that it will be taken care of in due course and full payment was made on 29.11.19 itself. However, till date nothing has been done, despite repeated reminders to the contractor.
I feel that i have been a fool to have made full payment, though it was the goodwill of your company that prompted me to do the same. I never thought that I would be duped by the contractor of a reputed company like yours.
I request you to look into the matter and arrange for prompt redressal.

1. After booking a complaint with Berger Paints, we are getting abusive phone calls from Murali (supervisor). He has instructed Vivek (executive) to call us and to mediate in the name of the company. Is it the way Berger handles the complaints of the customer?
2 We are told by Murali that Berger does not raise invoices. And till date we have not received the invoice. But he has collected more than the amount agreed upon. We like to get an official invoice and company receipts for all payments.
3 Murali and Vivek told us that they would come tomorrow to look into problem. Are they scheduled by the company? Please do not send Murali and his team again or his friends to repaint wherever the paint is peeling off and where required.
4. We can not entertain any more payments post complaint.
