Sir,

My name is Jamal V P, residing at Vakkathikkallil House, East Maradi P.O., Marady, Muvattupuzha, Kerala State. I am employed as a Junior Superintendent at Munsiff Court, Thodupuzha.

I am writing this letter to bring to your notice a deeply disappointing experience with Berger Paints. I purchased Berger wall paint (details attached) from a local dealer and painted my house during the previous year based on my belief that Berger is one of the top and most trusted brands in India. Unfortunately, the product has failed to meet basic quality expectations.

After less than a year, the paint applied on the wall especially interior portion of the house has completely started peeling off and flaking from multiple areas. This unexpected damage has caused serious financial loss and frustration.

I lodged a complaint with the shop from where the paint was purchased. Although the shopkeeper informed me that the issue was forwarded to the company representative, I have not received any response for over one month now. This delay and neglect have reduced my confidence in the brand.

I trusted Berger Paints wholeheartedly. However, the product failure and lack of after-sales response have caused disappointment, monetary loss, and waste of time. I expect prompt intervention and a fair resolution to restore my faith in your esteemed brand.
