We are two senior citizens residing in Diamond City South TOLLygunge.
We were quite impressed by the advertisement we saw and preferred Berger over Asian Paints.
The CE Pintu Singh assured us of high quality execution without any inconvenience to us. He introduced Uttam ### who brought three local guys
who wore the Berger Express Painting T Shirts. Paints were bought from a local shop.
Work seem to be moving well till one worker dropped off leaving two workers. On the last two days they hurriedly completed the job without the finesse expected from Berger. The decorative wall in the drawing room was badly executed. I have to repaint it.
Now both Pintu and Uttam have stopped taking my calls.
Please HELP.

I purchased Dampstop Elasto water proofing colour.
Applied to the exterior wall but after some days rain falls on the painted wall. I was surprised that water came inside the wall.
Now I stopped inside colour work.
Please resolve the problem.

I got my house waterproofed then painted with Berger paints in October 2022 in paramount golf foreste Greater Noida.
In October, 2022, some part had dampness after work was done. I asked contractor Mr Shahid phone number [protected] to fix it as we have 5 year warranty from Berger paints.
For 8 months, he has been saying he would come but has not come to fix it.
He has not come.
I have complained to supervisor Dinesh +[protected] as well but no action has been taken.

We appointed Berger Paints India Ltd. to do the exterior repair and painting work for our 4 storied stand alone Building. The work was completed in the month of May and accordingly, we paid the contractual amount in full and also issued a completion certificate on our end.But your company's representative Mr.Anupam has not handed over the warranty certificate till date.He is misleading us all through.

Dear Sir, We have recently completed our painting work and roof water proofing that concluded on April 7th 2023. Yesterday we had the firm rain all and 10 roofs in our appartment has already experienced seepage with water pouring in bed rooms ad drawing rooms.

Request you to please look into this and provide a resolution.

The finishing was done in a terrible hurry and no proper clean up was done. As result we paid extra for external help to clean paint stain and do finishing touches wherever required. Also the contractor, Mr Prashant Jadhav did not supervise the work at all and we have to oversee all small details. It was a very exhausting experience with Berger paints. I will definitely not recommend Berger to anyone else!

Painting work for my house was assigned by Berger Paints on 27/01/2021 with GKM Traders, Tiruvannamalai. Works on interior, exterior of the building and compound wall [inside & outside], with a warranty of five years, seven years and three years, against peeling, fading, crack, etc., and was completed by 15/03/2021. Now the painting had faded fully on the compound wall, exterior and peelings in some parts of the interior. The contractor assigned by Berger Paints was approached about this from July 2022, but for reasons known only to him, adapting to delaying tactics. When trying to contact, he is not answering my calls. Hence, this complaint about the dereliction of service.

This has reference above Lead ID and painting of My house in the month of May 2022, This has been observed that there is deformation of painting in wall of one of the room. There was a n inspection of Berger team Before painting and waterproofing was done and we were assured of intact painting.
Painting was assigned to the lead painter Mr. Khayali Ram Morya ( No [protected] ) and the job was Supervised by Mr. Dinesh Kumar Singh ( NO [protected] ). I have informed the problem to Mr. Dinesh Kumar Singh on 19th April 2023 and he has visited the house. He has informed that there is nothing can be done from Berger side. I am surprised to see such response from a reputed company Like Berger.
I would like to inform that i have retired from active services from reputed multinational as General Manager Quality control and needs solution for my problem. Kindly note that if my problem is not resolved, i will have no option but to lodge my complaint to customer grievence cell.

I had taken home painting service from burger express painting. Contractor do not follow procedure told by Company representative. Many wall cracks are open within week after they finish painting. He do not sand walls properly, do not fill wall putty even one coat. Wall cracks are not filled properly.
Some was are directly colour without sanding. They do not cover, mask many areas, furniture, electric boards, flooring and do not clean after painting .

I had an agreement with Berger Paint to Paint my 2BHK house in Pune with (2+1+2) ie 2 Coat of Putty, Primer and 2 coat of paint .

But within the month can see the crack are developing and its getting bigger day by day. When reached out to Berger and vendor(who did the painting work) asking for labor and material charges for repair.

I think the cracks are developed because of the unskilled work who don't know the work or the product quality. As those cracks are new one and never had the cracks on same place earlier.

I had call the complaint 2 month ago but I had call many time to come check the issue after they coming they told me they will bring manager again called for weeks again they came told me they will bring painter to sample check now 2 weeks passed no one picking up the phone or coming to solve this issue. This happened to me 2021 and they don’t even solve issue until now. I stopped buying from Berger because they have poor customer service and fraud warranty.

Berger Express Painting contract was given to be hassle free. Now after paying 60% of the amount, the labour is not coming, or coming once in 2 days. Work is lagging greatly. The supervisor is not picking the phone, he is just nit helping and harassing a lot. We are 2 ladies and he is just not cooperating. He is not providing details of the Indore head pr MP head. Just not ready to complete the work.

The paint used for my front door and garage door has come out all blotchy not an even colour and although very glossy does not look good

Hello sir,
One of the customer of the Berger paint I am not satisfied with your product Berger easy cleaner. When I purchase this product from our city it will gives a loss. Easy cleaner mix with a colour but it shows two shades not mix very well.using with roller it shows the mixing Colour but using with brush showing a white shade due to this our contract will be cancelled so you can solve our problem. Please corporate with us. Faced many problems so kindly request you to solve this immediately.

One month after painting, crack appeared and your service guy is not picking up the phone and not replying.Your service is very poor, This is very annoying.

Dear Sir/Madam

I have engaged the services of Berger Express and as per the explanation given only two Coates of paints are recommended by the Berger Co.

But the person deputed to carry out paint at our house is stating that he may have to give three or four Coates to get the required quality and shade of the paint.

Now kindly clarify who has to bear the cost, if any, of extra Coates ????

there is shows damages on the wall, making paapdi on it. with in one month completion work

Dear sir this to inform that i am using berger wall puty for my site however I have got lots of complain while using the same lot of sand and thread coming out while bags opened and while applying the same in the wall we got lots of sand particles is attached same has been shown to tezpur teritory sales officer and he had done the demo with the help of company painter and accepted the problem. however no assurance has been given to us. I am having the video evidence for the same I have already used 20 bags which we had same problem. kindly do the needful.

We have done water proofing four months back & its started leaking which is having 10 year warrenty
