I had my whole house painted by Berger appointed painter - part of their express paint service. Other than poor timeliness / professionalism of painter the biggest problem has been the appearance of a dust like layer all over walls painted.

- the contractor has seen this issue.in one wall he has tried to repaint and still problem recurs.
- the Berger executive - Raju Chakravarty +[protected] came home and saw the issue. Also understood that the same problem has only occured in the case of one paint type used (beige color and batch) and not in other paint done at some time (white paint in bathrooms)
- the executive has also understood that a different room painted with same beige color but different lot (purchased later by contractor) did NOT have the issue
This clearly points to an issue in the paint type and materials used.
After more than 2 months of follow up - I have received no solution and the contractor too has not returned to finish my house job.
On this forum I can see that one more customer has complained of similar problem. Seems to be Berger is hiding behind bad quality product and not redressing genuine complaints of customers.
HOW DOES ONE HOLD A COMPANY OF THE REPUTE ANS STANDING OF BERGER PAINTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS?
