Berger Paints — Painting quality and neglegence of complint handling

I raised a warranty complaint on 13/10/2025, regarding paint quality issues with Long Life 10 (exterior) and Easy Clean Fresh (interior), including color shading, bubbles, water marks, and peeling.

A Berger Paints representative inspected the site and confirmed the issue, assuring that the required paint would be provided as compensation under warranty. However, after several follow-ups, I received Easy Clean instead of Easy Clean Fresh, and the Long Life 10 paint sent was already expired (Manufactured: 05/2022).

Even after informing the Area Manager and making 30+ follow-up calls to Customer Care, the issue remains unresolved. It has now been more than 5 months since the complaint was raised, which is highly disappointing.

Kindly confirm:

Whether Berger Paints will honor the warranty commitment, and

When the final resolution can be expected.
