[Resolved] Berger Paints — Painting service - complaint regarding | |||
1. After booking a complaint with Berger Paints, we are getting abusive phone calls from Murali (supervisor). He has instructed Vivek (executive) to call us and to mediate in the name of the company. Is it the way Berger handles the complaints of the customer? 2 We are told by Murali that Berger does not raise invoices. And till date we have not received the invoice. But he has collected more than the amount agreed upon. We like to get an official invoice and company receipts for all payments. 3 Murali and Vivek told us that they would come tomorrow to look into problem. Are they scheduled by the company? Please do not send Murali and his team again or his friends to repaint wherever the paint is peeling off and where required. 4. We can not entertain any more payments post complaint.
