Berger Paints — Poor Painting quality

I had booked painting from berger paints and work started on 26th Sep 2025. The Contractor Mr. Chetan took 21000/- as advance of the total bill of 51000/-
He completed 1 room without proper cleaning and just did a re paint on top of the current one without proper cleaning and completed in 3 days.
He started the second room and till date i.i. 09-Oct-25 the 2nd room is not completed properly. Upon complaining to the berger team the so called Senior Mr. Domnic visited our site, saw the sub standard work and mentioned that it will be rectified and even after 2 days the work is not re initiated and I cannot shift to my bedroom as well. To my shock today when I saw outside the house, the pending paint which was left has also been taken back by them. This is a fraud that Berger has done with us and I need my refund from them.
