Complaining about extra loan amount charged by bajaj finance which was not committed by Berkowits ..this is for new patch i have taken.

Please support..

I bought a package from them for permanent laser hair removal and they started giving me excuses for giving appointments, my last appointment was done in August of last year and since then I keep calling them for getting appointments and they keep lieing to me, I need my full refund and compensation from them for wasting my time and energy and risking my skin because they told me to get waxing done because they did not have the slots for me. This pathetic place needs to shut down and their license needs to cancel.

This was 2nd patch from your company, 1st was very good in quality even after 10 months it was intact but your employees pushed for 2nd patch that there is offer going on

1. I deposited 5000 as advance, the day I went they increased the price by Rs. 2000 and said by mistaken they have quoted wrong price.
2. In past two months I visited many a times to complain about the quality of patch, but every time they made some excuse. And now after 2 months hair from patch fell from the crown area. so your Employees are asking me to get a new patch.

i have given many references for your clinic but this type of Reply was not expected.

What shall I do now, my money got wasted. This type of service was not expected from a brand like you. kindly provide the solution.

I was repeatedly visitng your clinic and complaining, this is the quality you provide to your customers spending thousands at your clinic.

Even though I was promised of hair reduction to a extent even after 8 complete sitting I feel no difference rather the growth has increased simultaneously even when I have normal hormal tests and no complain of pcos Or pcod they just gave lame reasons

I have been taking this service from the past one year. Took more than 8 sessions and I cannot see any changes in my skin. There is no hair reduction as of now. Despite complaining the team at Berkowits Pitampura multiple times about my issues, I haven’t received any resolution as of now. They don’t answer my calls. My last sessions was utter waste as there was no hair shedding after the session. Please provide a better resolution.

I have been confirmed that I will not be charged extra if i take the emi on cc service.. i paid 38000 from my credit card and then i am charges extra on emi
I made payment to berkowitz gurgaon phase 2 branch. They misguided to get the one shot payment

I paid for full body laser for my daughter. The initial sittings were good and satisfactory. Lately, I have been having troubling getting my appointment fixed. The reason that they kept on giving was that the slots were fully booked but actually the equipment used by them was faulty. Since we got to know about this we were able to get our appointment at another branch. Now once again the same thing has been happening. The representatives at the branch we paid (GK) are rude and telling us to take the appointment but they would use different equipment than was stipulated. They haven't been helpful in making arrangements otherwise and delaying this for days. This is not the kind of service I paid for or the service I expected from a company with reputable name.

Due to accident i am using patch on my head since last 1.5 yrs. my patch need to be replace so i visit Berkowits, kailash colony branch. I need a brand name and service quality so i opted berkowits. but in just 20 days of patch replacement i had visited 2 times for the Mistake. i dont know..whats the error but in last 20 days ...the patch is opened from behind in just 4-5 days..where as using the patch of other hair clinics ..i never face...

I visited the berkowits Rajouri branch on Friday to consult about laser hair removal. The counsellor who was not the doctor gave misleading & incomplete information about the treatment. She did not examine my skin also.. Basis the information she provided I made the payment of 50000. But later on i got feedback from its old clients that it is just a trap, they are into money making & the treatment will give no results instead can damage mt skin. I decided to not undergo treatment from here & asked for return. I called the head office & the lady there Mamta- she confirmed if i have not taken any session yet i m eligible for return. After half an hour she called again & said we refund is not possible as it is the company policy.. i have not utilised any services yet & do not wish to take any services hence seeking a refund. The staff there was too unprofessional when i asked for refund.
While they had to convince me to take service they were being very nice but after i made the payment it all changed.
The cousellor’s name who was acting as a doctor with whom i was dealing was Laxmi

I visited the Rajouri Branch, i was not given complete information & they took money for laser hair removal. After making the payment they clarified on certain points & when i asked for refund, initially they agreed. After an half & hour they called me & told that neither it can refunded nor adjusted..

I visited the Rajouri Branch yesterday & have paid the entire sum for full body laser hair removal yesterday, however as i informed you I will not be able to go ahead with the same.

I have not taken any sitting till now & as discussed looking forward the refund for the entire sum ₹50000/-.

This is a very unethical technique just to increase their sales.

I am writing this in regards to the mirage patch purchased and serviced from the bengali market branch in CP.

I had purchased a Mirage patch in the month of Feb 2020 and went for a hair bonding procedure. After sumtime due to faster growth in my hair area I realised that the quick hair growth the bonding method used to come off within 10 days. So I opted for clip procedure.

After March the lock down came and it was all closed everywhere. During the clip procedure I realised that patch was fixed with clips but my patch was too short. I had stopped using patch by then and had kept it safe.

Now I recently 28th dec had done my hair bonding again but to of no use as it came out. Iam really upset with this negligence of the CP branch staff but they are not helping me with any solution.

I would have atleast used a patch with clips if it would have been bigger.Why on the first hand did not the staff briefed me the alternatives for the same.
Kindly provide me with a bigger patch so that it can suit according to my hair growth issues and is easy for me to continue using the patch.

I took the package of cutting and colouring from centre sector 18 Noida, today I visited your centre sector 18 Noida, first staff on reception said you don't have any package, than she said it is your last service of package, when i asked to show the dates of services which i availed, she denied to show.Is this kind of cheating started in berkowit, should i check other options of services. management pls look into matter

I am their client for full body laser hair reduction and instead of reduction, after 3-4 sessions of each body part, i'm experiencing increment in my hair growth all over body except lower back. Hair is thicker and longer especially on my face. I had my first session in feb 2019 at vikas puri branch where they had this painful machine so i switched to kailash colony branch. Pitampura branch now has namesake pain-free laser machine, so i got my last session done from there but consulted their dr. Geetika twice cz of this insane hair growth. She changed her statements both times.in first meeting, she said sometimes growth increases after 3 sessions. Get one more at "high energy" and then meet. I did what she said and met her again and then she said it takes minimum 12 sessions to see results on face. Seriously? I bet no one has been told that ever before booking their package. To which i said the same and that i would've never switched to laser if it was life-long but she said laser is life long! Wow!!! Never heard that from any technician of their or any other clinic. Everybody said we just need touch-up sessions sometimes after 6 sessions.
Then she wrapped up saying they can't do anything except finishing my last two sessions at "high energy". Dude after first 2 sessions i've got my sessions at high energy only. What's this for you, a joke?
They are unskilled and unprofessional. Just money-making machines. They have poor management and 0% ethics on how to deal with clients. They don't even have my proper record at kailash colony branch cz they lost my file after every session and make a new one in next. There is no record of no. Of sessions and energy given in every session. Sometimes they did on high energy and sometimes on low. Every session was done by a different technician from a different branch. Ohh god! I regret getting it done from this clinic full o[censored]nprofessionals.
I called vikas puri and kailash colony branch for five days to send my pictures clicked before every session to compare and take serious action accordingly cz i'm sure my growth is increased but didn't receive it till date from vikas puri centre but kailash colony sent somebody else's pics? The manager at vikas puri is not even willing to talk to me now. I'm definitely gonna sue this stupid clinic for sure. Now, i have my body full o[censored]nwanted hair and even worst than before. And now i don't want any more service or assistance from these fraudsters, i want my full refund i. E. 42, 000/-

Gk kailash colomy branch m calling many time calls u r clinic but not responce my problem is melasma and u r staaff laxmi ji technician behaviour is not goood and m tired to ph call the not responding

I purchase 2 magic patches in February and i gave 70000 rs In a scheme for that in Bengali mkt branch. But now they denied to give me my second patch.please arrange my patch

I am gone through hair replacement process in berkowits sector 15 faridabad.
In nov 2019. After so much of struggle, its bro fit for me.
Hair cutting it not done properly & started allergy on my scalp.
I have removed it completely & kept.
Now if i wear this alley start, that is why kept it in safe place.
Do help me for the same. I am not satisfied with this hair cut & replacement.

I tried to contact theri gurgaon center and they dont revert dont even pick the phone and their center manager swarn she even doesnt listen.

It seems that they have got the license of cheating people. They are looting peopel high earned money and providing very low quality product and support
Their gurgao center is of no use waste staff.
Kinldy get it replaced else i will go to consumer court and do the accodingly

T has been approximately a 2 months since my last laser treatment.

I have had 3 full body treatments from berkowits gurgaon with little to no results. Suman mentioned on the first consultation that her laser is more powerful ans you can see result after every session.

I have had three (3) full-body treatments by lakshmi. Areas included are the following: full arm, underarm, face, (Hairline, upper lip, sideburns, neck) stomach, bikini, full legs, hands and feet. Each session was approx. 45min - 1hour spread apart about 5 weeks.

I'm disappointed because i paid about 63000 total and was ensured results after three sessions. Based on hair growth, one would never know i've received laser treatments. Unfortunately due to the lack of results, i'm not confident spending an additional amount. Waste of money and time. I am regretting on my decision. No difference at all and reverse long growth started coming in my body. Totally unprofessional. I have attached my face photo with reverse and long growth after treatment
