I spend 50k on tatoo and skin treatment. As promised they limited sessions and promised results bt they burnt my skin neither any good results i can see after treatment and they are not ready to refund. It’s been 3 months m complaining still got no solution. As they told me they ll get me in touch with their senior and it’s been a month they keep on giving me excuse that their senior is not available neither i can contact her

Do not provide service as promised. They lack male technicians from time to time.

There was a time in between when my treatment went on hold as the only male technician they had left the company. Now they have hired a new technician and I have to start the treatment from the beginning due to the break caused by them.

Anyways, the treatment has no result so far and i am not even raising the issue of some reactions...

Berkowits is the worst clinic to opt for hair removal. I don't know what went into my mind at that time, for which I selected them. Actually, I am a normal middle-class guy who thinks twice before spending my hard earned money on such things, especially when treatments cost go like 20000, 30000, 50000 and so on. I did my research and asked lots of questions about the treatment for laser hair removal which is now called laser hair reduction coz it just reduces the hair growth and texture from coarse to light, appearing the hairs GONE. I asked about the type of machine they use, comparing it with machine recommended for Asian skins by renowned Dermatologists and finally went for it.

I won't lie but the first session was good enough to made me think that I chose the correct clinic for my treatment but soon my high hopes turned down by my second session which was horrible and I really wish the same should not happen to someone else, MAY MY REVIEW HELP OTHERS.

In My second session they changed the machine that they showed me at the time of consultation with some new one that resulted in some heavy burns on my FACE, I Got very scared thinking about the marks they are going to leave on my face and was very angry at them for the unskilled treatment, Calmed me down by accepting their mistake and offering me proper medication, they burned me again in my third and fourth session and made my burnt mark reappeared which was pretty much healed before. My left cheek now has this big white burnt mark right from ear to the end of my lips, that's what I got for shaping up my BEARD.

I opted for cheek hair removal and now all my six sessions are over actually seven and the growth of the hairs is still the exact same as was in the first session, I have wasted my money, my time(approx 2 years), Got my face busted with this Big white burnt mark.

I have had many talks with Dr. Anupriya, the main Dermatologist and also OWNER of Berkowits but they change their words so quickly that you will get nothing but regrets your decision for choosing this clinic.

Well, I can see some positive reviews too, I wonder who wrote them coz this clinic don't even deserve 1 star.

I have taken treatment of hair fall but after 8 sessions and with having proper medication still my hair is falling no improvement, i was taken treatment under dr seemu but she is not also not entertaining well i will not suggest to anyone to go with berkowits. Dr still is no ready to get change my treatment or look it my problem those people’s are charging very high fees for treatment

I took berkowits treatment on the advice of head counselor sangeeta khatri of bengali market branch for hair thinning for the said amount of rs 45000 on 14/5/2017. This treatment included 4 prp sessions, 12+3 laser sessions, 12 dermaroller sessions, 3 months of tablets which was to be consumed twice daily, an applicant called minoxidil (1 bottle of 60ml) which was to applied daily for 90days 1 ml daily and an anti dandruff shampoo. On the first day of the treatment my scalp was to be annalised for dandruff and thinning area of my scalp which was done on 4/6/2017 and my treatment started on 14/5/2017. From the first week of the treatment i had started having issues. My scalp got oily, ichier, hairfall and dandruff increased dramatically. I complained about this to my handler but she didn't listened and this is normal at the start of the treatment. I told her to tell sangeeta khatri the head counselor regarding this but she said that she is to busy now days and will tell her afterwards. After 3 weeks into the treatment my condition got worst and worst and i emailed regarding this on head office email id ([protected]@berkowits.in) and to dr anupriya the head of berkowits ([protected]@berkowits.in). After my emails suddenly sangeeta khatri took emergency measures to resolve my issue, met me and told me that i should have come to her directly rather than sending emails. She assured me that nothing will happen this is very normal at the start of the treatment and my condition will improve as promised by her while taking the package of rs 45000 for the whole treatment. Now as on 8/1/2017 almost 3 months into the treatment nothing has changed and sangeeta khatri the head of berkowits bengali market branch has been promoted to some other branch which means i have nobody to complain to. I have also been complaining about this to dr anupriya on emails from the start. She gave me an appointment to meet me on 8/1/2017 at 3:30 pm at bengali market branch to resolve my issue but she didn't showed up. I am writing this email as a last resort to get some solution regarding my problem because i don't know that anyone in berkowits is going to help me now.

I really hope people check the reviews of this place before paying for their services.

I purchased 6 sessions and went to my consultation and 1st treatment for laser hair removal. It was for 6 treatments on a small area. The consultation went fine, and during it the woman told me that if i wanted to purchase 2 more sessions at my first visit (Apparently it takes 8 treatments to get rid of the hair 100%). After ist treatment on my underarms i got dark patch on my skin and after my 2nd treatment more thick coarse hair came out. I can see the more growth on my underarms than before. This is the worst business i've ever dealt with!!! A total ripoff and scam! I highly recommend you find another place and do not go here.

I went there for a very small mole removal to berkowits gurgaon clinic but they burnt my skin and left a much broader burn mark. They said it would get resolved within 3 days but it has been close to two months and now there is a permanent scar. The staff there is inexperienced. There is no doctor available. They have ruined my face.. Do not ever take a risk to go there...

I have had 2 full body treatments from berkowits gurgaon with little to no results.
I have had two full-body treatments by lakshmi. Total cost of six session was 63000. I had paid 75% of my payment for my ist two treatment.
Based on hair growth, one would never know i've received two laser treatments.

After ist treatment their was little reduction but 2nd treatment no improvement at all. The laser machine they used in ist session was better. For 2nd treatment machine was changed. They used honkon china made laser for treatment. With that after 7 days of treatment full growth came back as such on body and hairs were more coarse and longer than before. I am regretting why i have wasted my money on such useless services.
In my next appointment when i complained about the same, they started making stories and they said have rest of sessions to see results.
In short they wanted me to pay rest of amount for such useless services.

Guys don't waste your hard earned money on useless services. This clinic should be banned. Please help me in getting my money from berkowits. They are making fool to innocent people

I m kapil from gurgaon, i took treatment from berkowits gurgaon-hair transplant and 3 sittings. I have invested - more than 1 lakh rupees but got worst result of transplantation from berkowits.

They all are making money by fooling innocent persons. On the name of advance technology they are looting people. Appalling service, no ownership. Unethical practices. Don't waste your money. Worst clinic, worst services, worst staff.

Will never ever recommend to other peoples.

I had laser hair removal reduction treatment for my face. I already have four sittings for full body. No results so far

Instead of reduction in hair growth. Hairs are becoming more coarse and longer than before. And i can notice a increase in hair growth areas like chin, neck, face sides. I have only few hairs earlier but now my face is having men like hairs. Very bad experience and when i went to complaint about the same. They said i need to take probably 12 sessions and pay more money to them.

I have already wasted my 50k, guys dont go to berkowits for laser hair reduction. Now this hair growth on my face is embarrassing me and i completely lost my confidence due to this.

It has been approximately a 2 months since my last laser treatment.

I have had 3 full body treatments from berkowits gurgaon with little to no results. Suman mentioned on the first consultation that her laser is more powerful ans you can see result after every session.

I have had three (3) full-body treatments by lakshmi. Areas included are the following: full arm, underarm, face, (Hairline, upper lip, sideburns, neck) stomach, bikini, full legs, hands and feet. Each session was approx. 45min - 1hour spread apart about 5 weeks.

I'm disappointed because i paid about 63000 total and was ensured results after three sessions. Based on hair growth, one would never know i've received laser treatments. Unfortunately due to the lack of results, i'm not confident spending an additional amount. Waste of money and time. I am regretting on my decision. No difference at all and reverse long growth started coming in my body. Totally unprofessional. I have attached my face photo with reverse and long growth after treatment

I have taken peel treatment and asked many times is there any reaction but they told me no
And after my sitting i got black patches look like horror
And when i asked what is the solution than they told me you have to buy product from out side
If they are treating so why should i buy product from out side
I am very angry bcz my whole face is full of black patches i think this clinic must be ban

I m sunil lohani from pantnagar, i took treatment from berkowits - hair transplant and 3 sittings of p. R. P. I invested - more than 1lakh rupees but got worst result of transplantation from berkowits. They treatment me via robotic - fue as they said to me. But after 6months all hairs falled.

Please help me for getting treatment from berkowits
They all are making money by fooling innocent persons. I took treatment from new kailash colony branch and my doctor which treated me was - dr. Sarvan.

I m a client of berkowits since 5 to 6 yrs n have been taking their services every mnth. 2 or 1 yr back i purcharsed a patch of natural human hairs from them costing 16000 which they were demanding fr 23000 ... after decreasing the amount they gave me in 16k... now i want to purchase same patch n they r costing 25k fixed ... why ?
I asked in market fr same patch they r providing it in 10k but berkowits is increasing their prices just...

Hi Team, I bought Hair clipping couple of months back with a gurantee that my hair will look genuin but this is not the case. Everyone pointing out that these are not original hair. I went to thier Pitam Pura branch for this complaint but they did not provide thier response and had a fight with me. I am not interested in this clipping and want to get my money back which is around Rs 13000/- Please help me to get this amount. Regards, mahavir Jindal

Hi, I got hair clipping from their Pitam Pura branch after their assurance that this will be original and nobody can identify. They gave me guarantee that nobody can identify that I am using Hair clipping. But this is not the case, every one is identifying that I have done a hair cliping. So I went to thier clinic with this complaint. They behaved very badly and denied for refund of my money. It was around Rs 13000/-. Can you please help me to get my money back. Hi All This is to share my bitter experience, I suggest please do not get attracted with fascinating but false claims made by Berkowits, as their product quality is so cheap and they do not care for customers. I have bought hair patch from berkowits which got ruined in one week only. I have requested multiple times but they do not care. They are not ready to replace the same. I thought to share my views as company is dishonest. Please do not let your hard earned money wasted. I will never recommend to take services of Berkowits. They are so dishonest and have cheap products with very high price. Thanks. VB

In the month of July 2008 i have started permanent hair removal Laser treatment for my full face area. they told me that the package will include 6 sittings(plus 1 complementry if required) and they charged me Rs.17, 000 for the package which i had payed in three insatallments.

After first sitting my acne problem becomes wirst, so they suggest me to take there acne treatment package first and then continue with the Laser treatment. This Acne treatment package cost me Rs.10, 000 more( Rs.1000 for each sitting). this treatment goes for next 1-1/2 month. There was some relife in acne problem but not to much extend. when i told them that i am not satisfy with ur services as i didnt find good results for acne problem, then they told me that you have to take 10 more sittings for the same for good results and that will charge Rs. 10, 000 again. but i denied for this treatment as i was not satisfied with there services.

Then they continue there Laser treatment for facial hair problem. In between they arrange a consultaion meeting with one of there Dermatologist. Who invested my history and suggest me some tests. But they never say that these tests are compulsory before further treatment. I asked one of the Berkowits clinic person who were asisting me there that if i'll not done these test is that will effect, and he answered me its up to you if you can thats better otherwise its ok.
I haven't done any test as i was not in the condition to pay for these expensive tests, as i have already payed a lot.

In the month of March 2009, when i go there for 7th sitting, they asked me for the feedback, I have commented 50-60 % as at that time the results were seemed fine to me even. I have take 7th sitting at same day. I was suppossing till the next month i'll get my good face...but in the next month situation becomes just opposite... the growth becomes visible again...i make a call them to take an appointment for next sitting. when i reached there they checked me out and denied to give another sitting untill i will not consult a gud GynoEndocronologist and make all the test suggested by them.

then i consulted one of my konwn Dermatologist and done all the test, it was resulted that the problem is due to hormonal imbalance that why the growth becomes visible again. and the solution for this is that i have to take oral treatment from my consulted dr. and have to take 6-8 Laser treatment sittings again which will cost me again that much or may be more.

Now, please give me some suggestion what can i do now. Can i claim then for my money or to treat further without any cost, as they didn't guide me properly.

I have already started my oral treatment since last month that also cost me a lot, now not able to pay for laser treatment. My face is in very wirst condition both of the problems(acne and anwanted facial hair) are persisting.

Except these issues i have suffer a lot from their inconvenient services. After second sitting their Machine was not working so first they made delay for third sitting by saying next week it will become fine, and later wen it doesn't work they told me to go there CP branch which was not convenient for me as i am new to Delhi/NCR. But still go there for my 3rd, 4th and 5th sittings. Another thing they gave there lots of products fo my acne problem and cost me extra, but even those products doesn't effective.

I think you can understand my situation, as for a human(that also a girl) their face is the frst thing to reflect there personality, and i am fead-up now from all these things and want some justice.

Please Help me out...
