First they have started classes with the trainer Nagesh but he has left with in a week and then the assigned nee person Venkataraman and he was unable to start the training session and almost two months passed. Hi my name is Dhivya. I Have joined RPA courses Uipath, Automation Anywhere & BluePrism in Besant technology. For rs35000/- on February 13 2022 which I was promised 3 months of duration.

Till now there no completion of single course.
I was allotted to a 1st trainer who is completely unprofessional started the class without any intoduction or any basic details about the course and also whose to take class only 40 mins of fee zoom class instead of 1hour.

He never thought with his own system and explained with any example or what to do.
Finaly one he said one day he asked me to sent a feed back mail and I sent without even knowing that is the end of the class. Which he dint teach anything properly and does not able to answer any of our questions.

I tried calling the centre many many times and there is no proper response. After a long time my coordinator name Mr . pandian from Kalyan Nagar branch Bangalore called to sort it out and another person named Shakthi called and alloted a 2nd trainer who does not able to explain anything in English properly. All our team mates are not able to tolerate and complained to Mr pandian.

Once again Mr pandian rearranged the class with new trainer on 8th June who started the class with only one class in a week. Each and every day he used to give a different different excuses and send us message no class today. Till date it is continuing the same.

I have joined 3 courses which was suggested by besant person Preethi. Now 4 months completed not even completed even a single course.

Who is responsible and answerable for my Time and Money?

I have done many courses with other centres who are very responsible and monitors each and every student's progress, trainer and syllabus.

You people just got the money and billed it like a supermarket product

Besant technology absolutely not worth to do a professional couse . Such a poor quality money making organisation .

I don't want to continue this headache anymore and I never recommend anyone to join Besant technology.

Looking for REFUND of my money with out any excuse.

Being an experienced candidate I wanted to get better job with good package as i have lots of famiy commitments, so I opted for WORKDAY HCM From Besant Technologies. I have made payment on 4th May 2022 for Workday HCM Rs. 30.000/- to their BDreamz global solutions, HDFC Bank account.

I am an experienced candidate. Due to personal reasons I had to take couple of years break from the work. Once my problems are solved I wanted to get back to my career. Though I am technically strong the gap in the career caused me to miss offers. I approached Besant tech for assistance. They assured me of providing freelancer assistance for the couple of years gap. The representative at Kalyan Nagar - Bangalore told me like they have tie up with around 200 IT companies. I joined as a student to refresh the current market technologies. As I already know most of the technical things I chose a crash course. It was over within a couple of months (due to corona took break in between and continued). But at the end of the course Besant Tech did not stick to their promise. They completely forgot what they promised. When I approached them back a lame excuse was given and he asked me to get in touch with the tutor. But that was not my expectation. What ever I paid as tution fee went in vain.

I paid the advance amount for d365 course. But after payment they could not arrange the trainer. When tried to contact sankar. He gave another number of magesh who is so rude. There is no ethics followed in the company. Not even acknowledging that we can provide trainer. Friends dont belive this company . Its waste of your money and time.

Enrolled for Salesforce Admin and Developer course classroom training on 1st February, 2022. Asked to take core Java class which supposed to continue for 15-20 days but stretched to 45+ days. In between they started Salesforce Admin training with an unprofessional person and after 3 days we all left and asked them to arrange good trainer. But, now it's 21st April, yet they have not arranged any instructor. Asked for money refund but they have refused and asking us to take other service. They are also forcing us to join online class. It is clearly mentioned in their website's terms and conditions that if Besant is not able to provide/arrange instructor for training, they are bound to give full refund. Yet they are refusing it now.

Infact they have delayed before 3 payments and after a big quarrel only they settled the previous payments. Now when I call for other students payments they are not even responding to messages, calls or mails and Its been more than a month. Kindly do not join in this Institute. They simply robbing the money from Students also and Trainer payments also wont be paid properly.

The trainer payment you have given in the Invoice is high. but it was the payment what they informed and promised to pay. Infact they have delayed already 2 payments and after a big quarrel only they settled the previous payments. Now when I call for other students payments they are not even responding to messages, calls or mails and Its been more than a month. Kindly do not join in this Institute. They simply robbing the money from Students also and Trainer payments also wont be paid properly.

I paid 24000 to Besant training institute in Chennai for Azure cloud learning, after seeing good commitments on their website in mid-October 2021. Since then they have changed 3 trainers and the level of training is completely pathetic. When I am dissatisfied with the trainer, they simply allocate another trainer who is equally worse. I have not learned anything at all. I have informed them about my grievances but I don't get any response from them. I have asked them refund but they are refusing. I am on a tight timeline to complete the training because I have to join a job soon but the institute is just wasting time and I am totally depressed. 24K is huge money and I do not have more money to learn from other institute. They have not complied to any commitment that they have made on the website. Please tell me the way forward.

When registered for aws course at the bangalore BTM branch(Vignesh is coordinator). Demo is given by one trainer, regular class trainer is different and he has no proper communication, presentation skills. Its been 2 months since they are not able to get one profession trainer. Its waste of time and money. Its better to find trainer from urbanpro.com

I have joined advance JAVA class on June 9. And amount paid of Rs 30, 000.
Still they didn't started class and not giving proper response to me. Also im requesting refund my amount Even they not giving proper response for that.. Kindly do needful

I had enrolled for full stack development course in Besant Technologies HSR layout. I had paid an amount of 1000rs as Registration fee. I waited for a full 3 weeks for the classes to start and they kept telling me that it will start soon. Now Mr Pandiyan does not even receive my calls or even reply.

I am trainer at Besant Technologies, training students in Oracle DBA RAC domain . Magesh contacted my over whatsapp for one Student . I asked him for 30000, He is fine with the amount and said that he will pay after completion of the course. Now i have completed the course and it's one month now .. he is not making my payment and i am very much mentally disturbed now . He is not responding to my calls as well . He sent me some videos from internet and asked me to study these.
I am not at all interested in this type of coaching !!!
I asked for refund without taking any further class.

Now they have gulped my money and are not bothered at all !!!
Is this Humanity ?? Are these the ethics of so called Best Coaching Institute ????

I have enrolled in to a course in march 2020 paid fees and so far not even a single class conducted coordinator Ravichandra G is completely useless as after receiving the fees he will show 3rd class attitude by not responding to calls and messages and it is the same with all other people working in this fraud institute, I wasted 6 months now they are not refunding fees and simply saying we will do the training !!

I joined for devops, the trainer is incapable and has little knowledge on linux and scripting, i raised a complaint in email to velachery and did not get any response. The so called managers in t-nagar branch have no knowledge about it. The trainer is using the students aws accounts to teach and also if agreed he is using students azure account to teach other batches. Below is my email and with no response from so called general manager (Kathrivel @ velachery). Also below is the email from the trainer with his explanation.
They are least bothered to even contact me, i payed 14, 000, so no response if they want to provide a different trainer or pay back my money or even give me a certificate of completion. Anyways, if i put the certificate in my resume, no one will shortlist my resume, knowing that i learned devops at besant technologies.

The very reason i did not speak to them in person and emailed them, so that i can have a proof about the issue and non-response from them. From both the so called general manager @ besant technologies velachery and trainer zain. Below are the email contents. As it is.

I asked for besant technologies course material for devops and was sent
White papers of ibm and infy and other vendors.

Does besant technologies have any course material of your own? What will i do with the white papers? I want course material which has installation, configuration, commands and other details.
How is the trainer following in terms of what and how much to teach?

1. I have nothing personal against the trainer (Zain) but the trainer
Himself almost every day says he does not know linux. Devops is mostly for
Linux and involves scripting, if the trainer does not know, what is he going to teach me? The total amount of time spent on actual training is hardly 5hours. It’s like i am there to assist the trainer and he is gaining knowledge. Did i pay 14, 000 for this?

2. The trainer would say on completing git, yaml scripting, ansible
And docker (But if checked with your own syllabus, the trainer did not cover
70% of the concepts). Installation, configuration and simple example. Even the scripts he clearly informed he took help from others.

3. The trainer used my aws account to teach us all, which now cost me
A bill of 10, 000 to be paid to amazon.

4. The trainer also used my azure account to teach some other batch
(This, he requested me, so i gave it to him, its actually my fault). Point is, it’s like i paid 14, 000 to facilitate besant technologies to train other students at my cost and not to learn.

5. Even the ambiance @ t-nagar branch is not professional, there is
No board in the class and yesterday there were two different trainers
Training in same room.

The time i wasted on this, if i had studied on my own at home, i can teach
Better than that.

Please have this issue resolved. (There is no point talking to the guys in
T-nagar branch, so sending this email directly to you).

About his background knowledge, he dosent have basic concept of aws, how to configure instance in aws and lots of services in aws. So i thought first i will teach him aws service later on i will take devops. Bcos without this its very difficult to understand devops course. It’s my mistake that i went started aws service, instated of directly take devops course. Bcos on first class he said its for it.

He joined the class on first week of feb, now 11th of march. Am taking weekday classes. What are the class i taken everything its captured in room camera. If you any clarification you can recheck that camera videos. If have any issue then he can say after few classes, now, this much days after he is telling, my seclude and my time also……. Who will bare this ……

About aws account amount. Not only him am telling all student to create one student account and explain the class in their account. This happened after i taken the sql service class. I told him after recheck delete that storage account. Otherwise it will cost more. That to its free account only. Nthg aws will not taken from his wallet.

About azure account. I said very humble if you agree then only create account for azure otherwise live it. He said no issue.

I didn’t have any personal problem with krishnan. I think someone is wrong feeding to him. He having professional experience. Where is wrong and write, he should think..

I specifically told you to configure db with 1gb and you did it with 50gb so the cost went up. My account is for me to practice not for you to train others. You used my account for a week for the 2 girls to train. I only use frankfurt site.. When i check in night some servers still running in ohio site. Who is using it? I am not an idiot to keep it running and get bill of 10k
Also its not ethically correct for you to ask me for azure account to train some other batch.

About some not covered, i didn't finished the course for you. Still is bending. While taking automation it will come rest of the content. First of all no onces about the tool and configuration. That's part only finished.

For yaml as an example you did not even explain the structure on how to write the scripts. I have to ask everything and you are saying will do it in automation. Without completing basics. Even did not explain what is a comment line and what is a command line, i had to ask it. Dont say check in cctv. It does not record voice.

I spent 14000 to learn atleast the basics from trainer else why will i join a institute. Your training is inadequate even to the basic level.. No more arguments on this.

If you cant follow a structure in teaching and just finish of with introduction of a tool in 1hr, it is useless to me. I dont expext you to know everything but should teach atleast 25% of the tool, which is not happening.
