I joined the course for python and django course in the month of April. And my python course completed in June. Still my Django course not completed. I am following with coordinator continuously there is no proper response with them. Almost 10 months I completed. It is 3 months course. I can not wait any longer, so please help to solve this.

I had enrolland in python and django course in the month of September and my python course ended in nov 15 and since then my django course had not started yet i paid my full fees in advance to the besant technologies representative at the indiranagar branch, it's been almost 2 months and they haven't started my batch and when I complained to them they didn't gave me any specific time and told me no trainer was available for the django then why did they took money from me waited for 2 months and I can not wait any longer have so please help me and give me money back i don't want to continue with course specially after waiting for almost 2 months.so please give me my money back as there was no issue from my side so why should I pay for their mistakes will also .i waited for two months and I cannot wait for one day please give me my money back i paid 2000 to them and want my 10000 back as refund

They have Cheated me too. please don't let them go like this else they will cheat to more student, write more on twitter, fakebook and in Instagram about these cheaters.

I have enrolled in python and django course in the month of September my python course was completed in the month of November and since then my django course has not started it's been almost 2 months and whenever I contacted them they said trainer not available and gave me more excuses i have been completely fed up with them now I just want my money back i paid them 20000 and just want my 10000 back as the issue was from their side so please give my refund

I have paid 20k as course fees and they told me come after four to attend regular offline classes. but in between i felt sick then gone to medical check up. the doctor suggested me to take surgery for piles pistula and prescribed me to take a rest as i have sciatica nerve pain. so i felt iam unable joining classes. and i approached them in this regard. then i told them my all problems and health issues for refund money. surprisingly they refused and told me join any other guy and take money from that guy. as i don't know any body i felt its a fraud institute and i know i got cheated. but two days of pleading they told me to go home we will pay back money but excluding cgsst and sgst about 3050 rupees. and they behaved inhumanely for two days.

I joined for UiPath Course on 12th Sep
after 1st class there is no updates from them
I don't think so the classes will be in a continuous format and after this type of issues I don't think so the course consists of everything which they have promised before paying.
I hereby requesting Besant Technologies to refund my money because I don't want to continue such course

The institute fake promises the trainers are not professionally trained the take no classes properly and I joined java classes on aug 23 but they say class start at 29th but classes not started that day simply saying after no responses after am repeating message they said sep 1 are class started all are fake promises my money is not refunded.they simply say money not refunded in besant .cheating institute

I Joined Coarse in Besant technologies on Kubernetes and Jenkins and I have paid the fees of 20, 000 INR, Bala([protected]) was the contact person with whom I have paid the amount but only kubernetes has been completed and I paid the fees on 3rd Feb 2022 and waiting for them to start the coarse on Jenkins but they have not started it yet and they are not even planning to start it. I'm contacting Bala daily but I'm not getting any proper response these people are not even planning to start the coarse they are totally irresponsible. I'm totally frustrated on the way they treat us.

Hi my name is Dhivya. I Have joined RPA courses Uipath, Automation Anywhere & BluePrism in Besant technology. For rs35000/- on February 13 2022 which I was promised 3 months of duration.

Till now there no completion of single course.
I was allotted to a 1st trainer who is completely unprofessional started the class without any intoduction or any basic details about the course and also whose to take class only 40 mins of fee zoom class instead of 1hour.

He never thought with his own system and explained with any example or what to do.
Finaly one he said one day he asked me to sent a feed back mail and I sent without even knowing that is the end of the class. Which he dint teach anything properly and does not able to answer any of our questions.

I tried calling the centre many many times and there is no proper response. After a long time my coordinator name Mr . pandian from Kalyan Nagar branch Bangalore called to sort it out and another person named Shakthi called and alloted a 2nd trainer who does not able to explain anything in English properly. All our team mates are not able to tolerate and complained to Mr pandian.

Once again Mr pandian rearranged the class with new trainer on 8th June who started the class with only one class in a week. Each and every day he used to give a different different excuses and send us message no class today. Till date it is continuing the same.

I have joined 3 courses which was suggested by besant person Preethi. Now 4 months completed not even completed even a single course.

Who is responsible and answerable for my Time and Money?

I have done many courses with other centres who are very responsible and monitors each and every student's progress, trainer and syllabus.

You people just got the money and billed it like a supermarket product

Besant technology absolutely not worth to do a professional couse . Such a poor quality money making organisation .

I don't want to continue this headache anymore and I never recommend anyone to join Besant technology.

Looking for REFUND of my money with out any excuse.

Being an experienced candidate I wanted to get better job with good package as i have lots of famiy commitments, so I opted for WORKDAY HCM From Besant Technologies. I have made payment on 4th May 2022 for Workday HCM Rs. 30.000/- to their BDreamz global solutions, HDFC Bank account.

From the beginning I was in touch with Karthick from Besant Technologies, Mobile: [protected].

From the start I've been looking only for one on one evening weekday classes. Karthick has agreed for the same before the payment.

After the payment, he started saying no trainers available for the evening classes. I have been requesting him to schedule evening classes. But he kept on saying the same and stopped responding to my calls and messages properly. Everytime I call/message him he keeps on giving multiple reasons like traveling, in a meeting, not reached office yet etc.

I have made multiple calls to your company contact numbers, but everyone seems lousy and irresponsible. Didn't expect this kind of behaviour from your company and highly disappointed.

As discussed with Mr. Vijay the Senior Manager I'm have sent multiple mail. Asked for refund.

Highly unethical & negligent people.

I am an experienced candidate. Due to personal reasons I had to take couple of years break from the work. Once my problems are solved I wanted to get back to my career. Though I am technically strong the gap in the career caused me to miss offers. I approached Besant tech for assistance. They assured me of providing freelancer assistance for the couple of years gap. The representative at Kalyan Nagar - Bangalore told me like they have tie up with around 200 IT companies. I joined as a student to refresh the current market technologies. As I already know most of the technical things I chose a crash course. It was over within a couple of months (due to corona took break in between and continued). But at the end of the course Besant Tech did not stick to their promise. They completely forgot what they promised. When I approached them back a lame excuse was given and he asked me to get in touch with the tutor. But that was not my expectation. What ever I paid as tution fee went in vain.

I paid the advance amount for d365 course. But after payment they could not arrange the trainer. When tried to contact sankar. He gave another number of magesh who is so rude. There is no ethics followed in the company. Not even acknowledging that we can provide trainer. Friends dont belive this company . Its waste of your money and time.

Enrolled for Salesforce Admin and Developer course classroom training on 1st February, 2022. Asked to take core Java class which supposed to continue for 15-20 days but stretched to 45+ days. In between they started Salesforce Admin training with an unprofessional person and after 3 days we all left and asked them to arrange good trainer. But, now it's 21st April, yet they have not arranged any instructor. Asked for money refund but they have refused and asking us to take other service. They are also forcing us to join online class. It is clearly mentioned in their website's terms and conditions that if Besant is not able to provide/arrange instructor for training, they are bound to give full refund. Yet they are refusing it now.

Hi Everyone,
I am a trainer from Besant Technologies. I am taking training for AX Technical. I am taking online courses for the past 1yr in Besant technologies. They will give students and promise for the trainer payment. but after the course is completed they wont be making payment at the right time. Simply they will delay the payment and give false promises. Ramesh from Bangalore Besant will be taking very rude when you check for the payment. He will simply threaten saying I am not the in charge for payment, I am not the deciding authority for the payments. Infact they have delayed before 3 payments and after a big quarrel only they settled the previous payments. Now when I call for other students payments they are not even responding to messages, calls or mails and Its been more than a month. Kindly do not join in this Institute. They simply robbing the money from Students also and Trainer payments also wont be paid properly.

I am a trainer from Besant Technologies. I am taking training for Manual Testing and Selenium Automation with Core Java. I am taking online courses for the past 1yr in Besant technologies. They will give students and promise for the trainer payment. but after the course is completed they wont be making payment at the right time. Simply they will delay the payment and give false promises. Shankar from Tambaram Besant will be taking very rude when you check for the payment. He will simply threaten saying I am the Senior Manager, I am the deciding authority for the payments. The trainer payment you have given in the Invoice is high. but it was the payment what they informed and promised to pay. Infact they have delayed already 2 payments and after a big quarrel only they settled the previous payments. Now when I call for other students payments they are not even responding to messages, calls or mails and Its been more than a month. Kindly do not join in this Institute. They simply robbing the money from Students also and Trainer payments also wont be paid properly.

I paid 24000 to Besant training institute in Chennai for Azure cloud learning, after seeing good commitments on their website in mid-October 2021. Since then they have changed 3 trainers and the level of training is completely pathetic. When I am dissatisfied with the trainer, they simply allocate another trainer who is equally worse. I have not learned anything at all. I have informed them about my grievances but I don't get any response from them. I have asked them refund but they are refusing. I am on a tight timeline to complete the training because I have to join a job soon but the institute is just wasting time and I am totally depressed. 24K is huge money and I do not have more money to learn from other institute. They have not complied to any commitment that they have made on the website. Please tell me the way forward.

When registered for aws course at the bangalore BTM branch(Vignesh is coordinator). Demo is given by one trainer, regular class trainer is different and he has no proper communication, presentation skills. Its been 2 months since they are not able to get one profession trainer. Its waste of time and money. Its better to find trainer from urbanpro.com

I had enrolled for full stack development course in Besant Technologies HSR layout. I had paid an amount of 1000rs as Registration fee. I waited for a full 3 weeks for the classes to start and they kept telling me that it will start soon. Now Mr Pandiyan does not even receive my calls or even reply.
