Bescom — electricity bill payment not reflecting in system

I had paid my electricity bill for account:
[protected] on 13th oct 2018 from hdfc net bank for inr.593 (Ref #: [protected] through bescom mobile app. But the outstanding bill is still showing the same amount for oct month. Customer care number is not working and no one is able to help on this issue. Please help to resolve at the earliest. Thanks.

My bescom account ID is [protected].In bill for 13 Oct -13 Nov period a amount of 859 has been added on name of "Manual Audit short claim." Please either explain this charge with valid reason or rectify my billing amount.
