Bescom — electricity bill payment not reflecting in system | |||||
I had paid my electricity bill for account: [protected] on 13th oct 2018 from hdfc net bank for inr.593 (Ref #: [protected] through bescom mobile app. But the outstanding bill is still showing the same amount for oct month. My bescom account ID is [protected].In bill for 13 Oct -13 Nov period a amount of 859 has been added on name of "Manual Audit short claim." Please either explain this charge with valid reason or rectify my billing amount.
