[Resolved] Bescom — Transfer of amount into wrong account number | |||
Hi, I am raising this complaint regarding transfer of RS.1750 into wrong account number. Because of operator Named Satish in HAL Branch of Bangalore one. Since last five months I am trying to resolve this issue but I am not getting any positive response. I spoke to Manager MS. Prabha, but she is also not co-operative. My elder sister spoke to her over the phone three times but, she was very rude to her. Please take necessary step to resolve this issue. This was my first experience, but I can say this was not good at all.No is co-operative.Every one are giving words but no one follows it?
