Best Bus No. 334 — no timely bus and low frequency

Almost every single day, i along with co passengers have to wait for around 1 hour or more for the bus no. 334 from ghatkopar. More than 50% of the people from the line get going by sharing auto rickshaws, hoping that the next day the bus will come early however in vain. Day to day inconvience has been increasing leading to indirect forceful direction towards taking metro or auto. The m-indicator show the bus timing of every 15-20 mins in the morning peak hours between 7 to 10 which is not true in reality. Please see to the matter or at least change the shown timings so that we can know that it is not reliable and find another ways to reach our desired places. Hoping that the buses come on the given timing soon. - a devasted best passenger.
