Respected Sir, I beg to draw your kind attention towards the excessive billings I have been receiving since the last few months. I have been living at my Current Residence since the past 5 years but it's been 3 months since I had been receiving such hugely inflated electricity bills although consumtion is not that high.
Kindly do the needful by sending someone to check electricity is stealing from our meter.

    Bus no MH01DR2256 driver was driving very rash driving and brushed my car and was very rude and u need to take action against such drivers or else will go legal against BEST

    Want a official confirmation against the driver as u have taken the photo of him and the bus and my car which he crashed

      With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I a customer of your Brihanmumbai Electric Supply And Transport also my consumer Mo/ID [protected] since the last ten years.
      Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill ranged from 500-1000
      But in the last few month my electricity bill has reached a maximum of 3000-. Which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I am guessing, it's not my fault, there's something wrong with my electric meter.
      Therefore I request to you please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter. Pleases do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

        Dear sir today I was traveling from lokhandwala to Andheri station via bus no 252, first of all the ac wasn't working and the bus capacity should be not more than 30 passengers but there were more than 50 passengers in the bus and I was a bit afraid that the bus might get tilted to one side and fall down. This situation has happened with me repeatedly even when I had caught bus no 266. Please try to get rid of these buses and bring in bigger size buses if possible as lot of crowd travels in this route throughout the day. Aircon of all the buses aren't working i guess so non ac buses also would be great. Please look into this as it gets really suffocating in the current ac buses and also head keeps on banging while applying breaks. For issuing tickets also wastes lot of time as lot of buses have to wait one after the other.

          Get rid of these small AC buses as soon as possible because there are many drawbacks in this such as it doesn't stop in between and also the conductor at Andheri station takes lot of time for issuing the ticket hence creating a seperate line apart from the regular line. Also standees have to bang their head if the conductor applied brakes. The most important point is that just by saving manpower by not issuing the ticket inside the bus creates a lot of hassles, so for this you need to increase the bus size like tata macropolo running in central line

            My BEST Consumer number is[protected]
            I paid electricity bill of 630 Rs on friday 25th of november 2022
            This amount got deducted from my bank and i did not got any confirmation receipt nor this amount got reflected in BEST?
            Am attaching the proof of amount which got debited and also bill of the month of May which i paid.
            I request you to kindly refund my money or get it reflected on BEST website.

                I was waiting for the Bus and it didn't stop on the mulund sonapur bus stop, I have already faced such issue previous where they see only one passenger they don't stop which is not legitimate.

                Details about the bus are below

                Bus No. C61 runs from mulund depot to Mira road time was around 9:27pm date - 17th October 2022.
                I cannot tolerate this anymore I need the action and compensation against the company.

                        Request you to draw your attention towards the accident caused due to rash driving by a BEST bus with Registration Number- MH 01 DR 6233, NEAR JAGRUTI NAGAR METRO STATION SIGNAL at 6:57 PM on 17th September 2022.
                        Bus no. MH01DR6233 came from behind and hit my car (MH46BZ3041) and damaged the left side mirror. I chased the bus and stoped my vehicle in front of the bus and driver did not come out of the bus. I asked him to show his identity card but he denied and said we don’t have the identity card. So I made a video of that conversation with driver in which he accepted his rash driving and said that you may go to bus depot and take your compensation from the depot. This has cost me Rs 6000/-.
                        Please conduct enquiry and do the needful besides reimbursing my losses towards the repair of my car.

                              Dear sir please get rid of these small ac buses as soon as possible specially for busiest routes like 266 which is always full due to the smaller capacity of the bus. Also have to stop at particular stops for tickets which take more than 5 minutes. Please get bigger buses like tata Marco Polo or the old ones, AC or non AC doesn't matter as the bigger buses have space for sitting as well as standing. Also you can't breathe properly in smaller buses currently running, in fact bigger buses have enough space to breathe in.

                                  Today, around 6'o clock a BEST bus driver scratched and destroyed my left front side of the car because of rash driving.
                                  The road being literally empty to pass 2 vehicles easily, he suddenly out of nowhere wished to turn right for no reason and literally thrashed my car.
                                  Chased him till depot because he didn't even dared to stop after which instead of being sorry, he said 'scratch aur dent hi toh hai'. What kind of non-sense behaviour is this? How this kind of people even get a license to drive public transport?
                                  I want a legal action against this driver (as a hit and run case) also compensation for my loss.

                                      Dear BEST (transport Unit)

                                      the electric buses are running on route no 100 (Churchgate to Nariman Point Free press journal Marg ) are not proper ventilated and therefore during rush as well as traffic there is in suffocation in BUS, people can to brith properly, hence we request you to start the AC buses in these route.
