Sir / Madam,

Before the lockdown, there were 601 bus services from Malad Railway Station East to Kurar Village. But for some reason, the bus service was stopped by the administration.

Now that the bus service has started in the past, the citizens of the area have to face the wrath. There is a bus number 624 in this area but as this bus service fills up only at the initial (Anandnagar) stop, the passengers at other stops do not get much use of this bus service.

Also, due to the increase in auto rickshaw fares, people have to pay extra fare and many citizens have to pipe up as they cannot afford auto fares.

Therefore, I request the administration to resume 601 bus service

    In train No.19046 coach S5 seat no 13 the fan is not working from the azamgarh station everyone is in trouble on this hot weather. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

      My consumer No.[protected], When BEST Change My Meter 2 month my Electricity bill come's normal but last 2 month's my Bill came too high, im not legible to pay bill like this, pls. arrange electric audit to my home, they having any charges to apply i will pay.

          With due respect I am writing this letter to inform you that I a customer of your Brihanmumbai Electric Supply And Transport,
          My Consumer Mo/ID [protected] and Meter No. (Sr.No. H157457) (MM/YY 03/15)
          Since the last couple of months, I have had a my electricity bill ranged from 450/- to 880/- as of basic consumer usage without any AC unit or so, But since last months my electricity bill has reached a maximum of 2110/-. Which is not possible for me to pay. As far as I am guessing, it's not my fault, there's something wrong with my electric meter.
          Therefore I request to you please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter. Pleases do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

            Double payments have been erroneously made from my Paytm E Wallet for my 2 electricity bills as under:

              Dear Sir,
              Iam an owner of ola Scooter & iam very sorry to say that your scooter is giving problem on road that all of sudden shows battery is empty when 66 kms have run only. I have to contact through your help line no but
              No body giving proper solution only they have said we will inform to RSA team. After frequently contacts to them some body say wait for 40mins then say wait for 2hours after waiting period is over no response from their end.

                I have paid my electricity bill on 18th April via phonepe but the due date was 13th April so it not updated on the Phonepe. The new bill generated for next including this month amount and late payment fee, but i already paid please waive off charges and help me out

                    I have a BEST meter no N201130 and consumer no[protected]. I have received an absurd electricity for the month of March 2022 of Rs17, 290.
                    I request you to please look into the matter urgently as such a high bill is not acceptable as the usage is not soo much. You can check the previous bills for reference. I have not received such a bill and this amount is outrageous.
                    Please do the needful at earliest and i do not expect such bills in future.

                        Address: Under the junction of Gundavali Metro and WEH metro on the road from Andheri Station towards MIDC

                        My car No.: MH-02EU-2488 was damaged on the rear left side due to rash and negligent driving by BEST Driver. This happened near the new Gundavali Metro and WEH junction. Around 10:00 am - 10:30 am I had stopped my car on a red signal. The BEST bus came from the rear left side and took a sharp right which destroyed my left side view mirror and on top of that broke the signal where even a traffic policeman was there.

                        It all happened so fast that i could not gather any information about the bus, it happen today, on 19th of April, 2022 on the signal under the junction of new gundavali metro and WEH metro station.
