Best Buy — Mobile fraud

Address:90230
Website:bestbuy.com and click.in

I found a website on the internet named click.in where there were sellers who were selling iPhones on lower prices so I shared my email and number and got approached by two sellers. I talked to one of them regarding the phone and he introduced him self as Mr. Shah. After talking for several days and being convinced I ordered one iPhone which he was selling for ₹16, 000. The seller told me that I will have to pay ₹6, 000 before payment and rest ₹10, 000 after the payment. So I agreed to it. On 14th July, 2016 I made the payment of ₹6, 000 in the account that he asked me to and even sent him the image of the receipt. On the same day he started my shipment through a shipping company called express track and the email was avexexpresservices.com. He gave me a tracking number to track my goods and the tracking number was av46749021. After all the information he said that instead of 1 phone he has sent me 3 phones even though I ordered just 1. I told him that I don't want 3 phones and I don't even have money to pay for the 3 phones. So he replied by saying that you wouldn't have agreed on buying 3 phones and would've thought of it as a fraud so I told you that I'm sending 1 phone instead of 3 so now he said that he'll give me another phone for ₹16, 000 and the one phone free of cost with it. After hearing all this and the fact that I had paid ₹6000 I agreed to what he said and was ready to pay for another phone. The next thing he said was that because now 3 phones are coming to me I will have to pay 10, 000 more. I denied so he said that 3 units are being send so I'll have to pay those 10, 000 and again he convinced me somehow and the next day which is 15th July, 2016 I paid ₹10, 000 more to the same account that he told me. On 16th July, 2016, morning, Shah messaged me again saying that the goods are held by the Pakistan custom and we need to pay ₹25000 again so that the company can clear the custom money. I denied immediately. He then said that the ₹25000 is refundable and will be refunded once I receive my goods. I started thinking of all this as a fraud and denied to pay ₹25000 and requested him to look for another way. He then came up with another thing saying that the balance of ₹16000 which is left for the other phone needs to be paid then only the custom will be cleared and the goods will reach me. I told me that I cannot pay ₹16000 because he promised me that half the amount will be payed before delivery and half of it after the delivery and so I denied again and told him that I will not pay any money. He tried to convince me for an entire day to pay the money. On 17th July, 2016 I asked him to look for another way because there was no way that I was going to pay ₹16000. He said that there was nothing that he could do and told me to claim the goods within three days and pay the ₹16000 otherwise the company will claim the goods again which is the company's policy and will not return my money. And I wasn't even told about any such policy. There was no such agreement between me and him.
