As per instruction enrolled dated 2nd Feb, for geyser installation, which service request no [protected]/01, Contact no of Pankti Enterprise - [protected] got, but assigned guy didn't came, and today cancelled the service request . Today also called up again Crompton customer care and requested then got another service no [protected]/01, Contact no of Pankti Enterprise - [protected] got, but assigned guy didn't came, and forge, he updated to the Crompton company that installation has been done, while installation not done. Please look in to this and take action against this guy, because this type of incident effect Crompton company image .
