I had registered a complaint of geyser not working.. crompton had sent a third party service provider agent (gurukripa) to fix the issue. the agent came and checked the geyser and said the tank inside the geyser is leaking and needs to be replaced. and ordering this new part will take 4 days... after 4 days i called and asked about the status.. girl from gurukripa said.. "part is not available and it will take some more time".. Again i called after four days and escalated the ticket.. they said some more time they need... finally again after four days today i again escalated the ticket and the girl from gurukripa said... part will come next week.. Now, to make sure I dont re-escalate the ticket.. they cancelled my ticket saying it was system's fault... what kind of service is this? Was this information helpful? |
