Best & Crompton — Silent pro fan service - un known person calling from Crompton greevs

I purchased a Silent Pro remote fan long back. Couple of days back it stopped working and I raised a complaint with Crompton support chat. I gave full address and phone and all details as requested. I got an SMS as follows.
Your Service Request No:[protected]/01 will be attended by LALITHA ELECTRONICS, Contact No.[protected] -Crompton

Up to This it is happy story.

After 2 days some one called me and said I am from Crompton. I felt happy and requested to come to home. He asked me about address. I said I gave my address in the service request. He said we don’t have all details and we will get only your name and number. This is a Suspecious call.
Then I checked his number in true caller and his name was mention as pawan kalyan. I got doubt and asked his name. He said my name is Teja.
I asked him why you mentioned your name as “pawan kalyan” he said that is my brother name. I got fully doubt about this candidate.

I called Lalitha electronics guy and asked “did you sent any guy name Teja” he said yes, ok in that case could you please send him with all details include my address. Also send him with a Crompton ID. He said no ID will be there with rude and shouting voice.

This how Crompton handle their customers.
I purchased 4 Crompton silent pro fans because of the brand quality. Crompton does not have customer friendly environment and really use less support team.
I wanted to raise this complaint to check their support team should provide with a trust worthy channel with proper ID card visit to customer site.

After raising my complain hear Compton sent this SMS
Your Service request No. [protected]/01 has been cancelled. In case you have not initiated the same, you may call on [protected] -Crompton

[protected]- this number is always busy. Never buy any Crompton product as support is worst.

Today I called again with customer care number and they generated one more service request and I received one more SMS as follows:
Dear Customer, Your Unique Happy Code for Service Req [protected]/01 is xxxx .Share Happy Code to Technician only after Satisfactory completion. -Crompton

This was happen at morning at 11:50 am.
And in the evening I got one more SMS
At 4:51 pm
Your Service request No. [protected]/01 has been cancelled. In case you have not initiated the same, you may call on [protected] -Crompton.

They close my complaint with out consulting me.

I think there are some culprits who are damaging Crompton reputation by providing bad experience to Crompton customers.
If Crompton realize this then it will sustain in the market else…
