Sir/madam, in the month of february i've ordered for two garment steamers. I got the parcel on 25th february 2016 & paid him rs. 1998 for two steamers. When i've opened the parcel i was shocked only one steamer was there. I've contacted the number they had asked me to dial best deal customer service number i. E [protected] by the time customer service was closed. I've contacted them on 26/02/2016 in the morning. They have asked me to send mail within 24 hrs, or else i'll not get any response from them. I was on leave still i went somewhere & sent them the mail & i've confirmed also. Since that day onwards i am continuously dialing them but of no use. Every time the same stupid answer ki i'll receive within 2-3 days. Till today i've not recd. The same. I can't understand how big big celebrities are running this best deal channel when they don't have time to see whether customer is gtg. The product or not. This is really ridiculous. I would've spent almost the same amount while dialling. Who'll pay me the extra amount for dialling their no and gtg no response. Is it the way to run a channel or business. I need the proper reply. One more thing i want to mention that the product which i've received is very bad it becomes very hot. That complaint i've given them but of no use.
